I unfortunately needed the help of a solicitor's recently. I chose Garrett solicitors the solicitor appointed to me was Ellie. She was fantastic from the start. She is very approachable and easy to talk to. I do suffer from depression she made me feel at ease though out the case that's because she is a true professional. Thank you.

Ellie was fantastic representing my son on a speeding matter she is so professional whilst being approachable and supportive to both him and myself. Would not hesitate to contact her for any legal requirements

Fran and her team in the care department are just amazing. I am currently using Garratts in care proceedings in which recently Fran managed to get my Daughter home to me. She is so passionate about her work, she is dedicated and will fight your corner like a pro, I cannot recommend this solicitors enough. I've also found Adele extremely helpful and efficient when Fran is unavailable. You are in extremely good hands if you use Garratts and I would most definitely use them again for other services.

myself and my family have used Garratts several times for conveyancing and will writing etc. We have always been happy with the service we have recieved, but on this occassion it has been attrocious! 3 different solicitors dealt with our house sale. I repeatedly chased various issues going over the same issues on several occassions and covering the same ground with 3 different solicitors. I was told by one solicitor who had been dealing for weeks, not sure what will happen and not my problem because im moving next week???? after 3 weeks i was told by 2nd solicitor, im not sure either because im only baby sitting at this branch, Samina will be taking over next week????? terrible attitude for proffessional company. It was only when Samina took over that things started moving and she had finalised everything within a week. Thankyou samina, shame your colleagues are not so consciencious!!!!!!
