GB DIY Store Avis

No problems for ordering to prompt delivery, made my door look a lot better 100% recommend

I needed a replacement window lock gearbox. I chose to order from here because their information was very comprehensive, enabling me to choose the right model with confidence. This is something I often find lacking when trying to order something very specific, particularly outside my normal experience. The part arrived on time, and it’s now fitted. Job done, thanks.

Came as expected paid for 1 day delivery correct gearbox door nos secure

Cracking support - identifies the part you need from a photo and responds within an hour if you need further help.

The photos submitted identified the product I needed and delivered within 24hrs. I could not have asked for a better service.

Second time purchase to deal with emergency. Excellent product and at an unbeatable price. Delivery was very fast too. Definitely a go-to trader. Many thanks!

I would like to inform you
I paid extra for next day delivery it took 3 days probably couriers fault also the product arrived slightly bent which I rectified as customers had been left unsecured for almost a week either the item could of packed better or the courier more carefull

I'm happy with this company.
Good quality parts and fast delivery.

Service ok, product not as my requirement!
Will not be purchasing from internet in future!

Good fast service and product as described.

The web site was easy to use, the price was right, checkout was intuitive and the goods were with me, in good condition the next morning. It couldn't get better. Excellent service.

Paid for next day delivery. Turned up a day late. Not the stores fault. Fed ex.

Found what I needed easily. Quickly despatched and delivered as expected. No problems for me.

Excellent service and product exactly as described. Now fitted order and well satisfied. Faultless service and product.

Excellent service and very well priced part. Door gearbox broke during Newyear hours and still received the part next day

I had to change an old PVC door lock mechanism which is not made anymore. Website was great in identifying the replacement, ordered one and arrive promptly. I had some issues but their technical support guy, Taylor, was brilliant and very responsive and now everything is perfect. The beauty of dealing with this company besides their products is that they are very responsive and whats more you can actually SPEAK to someone who knows what they are talking about.

Wasn't sure which size window seals I needed and so first bought the trial pack. Then was able to order the length I needed with confidence. Both orders delivered a day or so earlier than expected. Happy to use GB DIY again.
