Matt did an amazing job, the team is lovely
Matt did an amazing job. He helped me get out an awful contract due to a flaw I missed, managed to get me an awesome contract with an amazing deal. Honestly couldn’t thank him enough for what he did for me and my business, I would have to close eventually if it wasn’t for him🙌
Whole team seem like a lovely lot to work with and everyone I spoke to is genuine. Definitely will carry on going to them in future for anything🤩🙌

James was great
James was great. He remembered me from previous years, and was very helpful going forward sorting a new electricity contract for us. His knowledge of the energy market is considerable and he was able to answer all my questions with clarity. His friendly approach also helped.

A word of warning
A word of warning. The Green Energy Advice Bureau use a company called PreAction who chase and hassle you for hundreds of pounds of money for supposed breach of contract, even if there is no lawful case to answer. This can be up to 6 years after a contract was alleged to have started.

The company did not clearly inform us…
The company did not clearly inform us of 'non-live administration fees' should we not proceed with the quotes. In my opinion they are buried in terms and conditions 'links' which do not open and should be transparent & obvious to the customer. The commission fees they are paid by the energy companies are clear & obvious. The cancellation charges should be the same.

You also receive a “contract confirmation” email upon lock in which clearly states to not agree to any further contracts as you will be liable for termination charges. However, we appreciate your feedback and will take this on board. Repeated nuisance calls, will not remove my number from their systems.
I don’t know how this company got my number, but I keep getting calls every few days from different numbers. I tell them that I am not interested, that they need to remove my number from their system, and a few days later I get another call. I don’t blame the call centre workers but regardless of what this company does, I wouldn’t touch them now as it’s bordering harassment. The last time I have threatened to submit a GDPR special access request to find out the number of times, that they as a company have called me.

We're sorry to hear about the troubles you've been having in relation to these calls. We can see that following your review you had been previously communicating with a member of our complaints department but they were unable to locate where anybody from our organisation had ever tried to contact you. Unfortunately when this was advised you no longer engaged with our team. We sincerely hope these calls are no longer causing issue however we do not believe they have been made by a GEAB employee and we have not been able to find any evidence a SAR was submitted either.
