Proactive Help and Good Service

I didn't know where to start
I didn't know where to start, Lindsey looked after me, found me the cheapest supplier and did everything for me. It was so easy, it really took all the worry and hastle off my shoulders. Also Lindsey is my point of call with any issues, so saves having to keep going through to different call handlers all the time. My experience so far has been fantastic.

Harassment
This company keep calling me 4 to 5 times a day from different numbers. It’s mostly an automated voice and AI chat person. I’ve asked for my number to be removed several times when it’s a human that calls and the staff just hang up the call. So I’m going to report you to trading standards and ofgem. I will also put the same complaints into the energy companies you work with.
