The cross is not the same as pictured. Very disappointed. Please give me instructions on how to return. There was no packing slip in box . Would like to return for refund . It doesn’t lay flat keeps turning.

Beautiful necklace, but very fragile.
The reason I gave 4 stars, to start. The communication was a little sparse for me. I had no idea if or when the necklace was coming. But, the necklace itself! Is Gorgeous!! I'm almost afraid to wear it though. It's so fragile looking. The chain is tiny, I wish the links were bigger. I wear it 24/7. Other than when showering.
