I didn't have any issues. I would have liked for the chain to be a little thicker. I am scared that with it being so thin that it will break easily.

It was waste of money
The reason I’m giving this one star is because the product looked much bigger in the pictures than it actually is. When it arrived, it was very small and definitely not worth the money. It also wasn’t as pretty as it appeared online. I feel misled by the photos because the item does not look the way it was advertised.

The chain is VERY thin and does not seem sturdy. Same with stethoscope part of necklace. “Diamond” is microscopic. There were very good reviews for this necklace but I’m not impressed and disappointed.

I have not received my item. I received an email that due to quality they were unable to ship my item. I have reached out and not heard back from them regarding the status of my order. However I did receive this link for this survey. This was a gift and was unable to gift during the occasion needed. It has been a huge inconvenience.

What is the status of my order?
I placed an order and received a message saying that the product didn’t meet their standards so it will be delayed. I didn’t hear back from them so followed up twice without response or update.

Great communication & quality
I ordered a necklace from this company and after purchase I noticed there was a delay on the shipping. When I reached out they explained that while conducting a quality check they found imperfections and they wanted to correct the mistakes prior to shipping it. They refunded what I paid for shipping and still overnighted the package to me. Throughout the process they were very quick to respond and very helpful. The necklace is gorgeous, I definitely would recommend.

Superior Customer Service
I purchased a small diamond cross necklace that arrived beautifully packaged. I loved the diamond cross but didn’t love the super delicate chain. The chain was appropriate for the piece as far as circumstance and length (you have choices on length). Since the cross is small and the chain so delicate it did not wear well. It stuck to my skin and caused the cross to flip. I contacted Gelin to see if they could swap the chain but unfortunately they are not able to customize. They suggested I return the item. They emailed me a return label and promptly refunded my credit card. Very professional and customer friendly service. I would highly recommend! Sad it didn’t work out for me.

The butterfly diamond bracelet I received was very poor quality and came with a knot in the bracelet chain making it unwearable. I reached out to customer service per the company’s request and provided photos as I would like to return/exchange it. However I have received no response.
