Great customer service from start to finish
Great customer service from start to finish. The initial sales consultation was not at all pressured and the samples arrived quickly. The pre-installation information and checklist, ensured a successful installation.
Finally, the installation was done professionally and executed well. It’s made all the family happy.

Thank you for such a thoughtful review. We’re delighted the whole family is happy.
We want choosing a worktop to feel unhurried, so it’s good to hear the consultation felt that way and your samples arrived promptly. Taking the time early on is what leads to the right choice.
The pre-installation checklist is there so nothing is left to chance on the day. After that, our trained stonemasons look after the fit and the finishing details. One specialist team takes responsibility from first conversation to final fit, and the same team stands behind your worktop afterwards with a 25-year material warranty and 5-year installation guarantee.
Thank you again for choosing Gemini Worktops.
👍👍👍👍
I had a great experience with Gemini Worktops and would happily recommend them. They offer a range of options at competitive prices, and sending out free samples made it easy to choose the right worktop.
Communication was excellent throughout. They were easy to get hold of by phone and usually responded to my emails by the next day. Unfortunately, the original style I chose had some quality issues, but they were upfront about this and asked me to choose an alternative and send out new samples, which I appreciated.
The templating appointment was arranged quickly, and the actual fitting was superb.
A special thanks to Cameron and Non, who were both incredibly professional, friendly and did an amazing job with the installation. The whole experience was positive, and I'm really happy with the finished result.
Would definitely recommend Gemini Worktops!

It’s good to hear the consultation felt relaxed and the samples arrived quickly. Choosing a worktop is a considered decision, and we’d rather give you the time and information to get it right.
The pre-installation checklist exists for exactly the reason you describe: it helps make sure everything is ready on the day. Our DBS-checked stonemasons are trained specifically in fitting stone. We’re glad that care showed in the finished result.
Because we look after everything from first consultation to final fit, you deal with one team throughout. That team stays behind your worktop with a 25-year material warranty and 5-year installation guarantee.
Thank you again for choosing Gemini Worktops.

Getting the workmanship and the price right together is the reason we work the way we do. We cut out the layers of a traditional retail model, so we can invest more in the quartz, the precision of our manufacturing and the stonemasons who finish every piece by hand.
We’ll pass your kind words on to the team.

Workmanship and price go hand in hand for us. Because we sell directly, without the high-street overheads, more of your budget goes into the things that make the difference: premium materials, more than 200 precision processes in our factory, and stonemasons who hand-finish every worktop.
We’ll pass your kind words on to the team.
Amazing services from start to finish
From start to finish Gemini has been amazing! Rhona was great at communicating with us about getting the quotes through and she answered all my questions i had. The planning team booked us in super quick which was amazing, because we had a deadline of moving into our house before we went on holiday so they accommodated this without any issues. The fitting team made it such a smooth process, were very friendly and it was so quick. Everyone has been amazing, very friendly, efficient at their work and I’ve been left with a stunning worktop! Honestly couldn't recommend Gemini Worktops enough!!

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and congratulations on the new home.
We know how much hinges on timing when a move date and a holiday are both fixed, so we’re glad the planning team could find a slot that worked around you. Being able to handle every stage ourselves, from the quote and laser templating through to fabrication and fitting, is what lets us move quickly without cutting corners. It’s also why the whole process felt joined up rather than passed between companies.
We’ll pass your kind words on to Rhona and to the fitting team. Rhona takes real care to answer every question before anything is booked, and our fitters take quiet pride in leaving a home as tidy as they found it. As a fourth-generation family business that has worked in stone for nearly a century, hearing that the result is a stunning worktop means a great deal to us.
Your worktop is covered by our 25-year warranty, so if you ever need anything, we’re only a call away. Enjoy the new kitchen, and we hope the holiday was a good one.

Thank you for such a thoughtful review. It’s good to hear that every stage came together for you, from the first quote to the final fit.
We send samples out early on purpose. Stone is best judged in your own light, beside your own cabinetry, so we want you to choose with confidence well before anything is cut. From there, laser templating means each piece is made to the exact shape of your kitchen, and our own specialist fitters can install it without fuss.
Your comment on price means a lot to us. We manage everything from sourcing the stone through to fitting it, with no middlemen along the way, so we can offer real quality at a fair price. Gemini Worktops began as the trade’s best-kept secret, and it’s a pleasure to now offer that same standard directly to homeowners.
Enjoy your new worktops, and thank you again for choosing a family business.

Great service and a great installation are exactly what we aim for every time. With laser templating, our own workshop and our own specialist fitters, one team looks after your kitchen from first measure to final fit, and we’re glad that showed.
Wishing you many happy years with your new worktops.
Quality Worktops
From start to finish the whole process ran extremely smoothly, pre template and installation information was very helpful. Regular updates prior to installation were welcomed. Both the templater and fitting teams were professional and did a fantastic job. My wife and I are very happy with our worktops; we would have no qualms in recommending this company.

A kitchen project goes most smoothly when you know what’s coming next. That’s why we put care into the information we share before templating and installation, and into keeping you updated along the way. It’s lovely to hear that it made a difference.
Our templaters and fitters take great pride in their craft. Precision on the day depends on everything that comes before it, from the first measurement to the final polish in our workshop. We’ll make sure both teams see your kind words.
We hope your worktops become the quiet centrepiece of many good years at home, and thank you for recommending us.
Great experience overall
Very helpful in the planning aspect of deciding and ordering the worktops. Far more inexpensive in comparison to competitors at the time of ordering. Fitting took less than an hour.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, and we’re so glad the whole experience went well.
Choosing worktops is a big decision, so we’re pleased our team could help with the planning and make ordering feel simple. On price, we work directly with you rather than through a retailer. For nearly a century we were the stone specialists the trade relied on, and we now make our worktops in our own workshop, so the savings come straight to you without any compromise on quality.
A fitting that took under an hour shows how much careful preparation goes into the earlier stages. We laser-template every kitchen, so each worktop arrives made to measure and ready to go in, and our own specialist fitters can install it with little disruption to your home.
Your worktops are covered by our 25-year warranty and 5-year labour warranty, so if you ever need us, we’re here.
Enjoy your new kitchen.

A recommendation like this means a great deal to everyone here, so thank you.
Good communication is one of those things that’s easy to promise and harder to keep up across every stage. We’re pleased you felt well looked after, from picking the right colour through to the day of installation.
Every worktop we supply is cut and finished at our Middlesbrough workshop. We’re also an audited member of the Worktop Fabricators Federation, and that independent check on our standards is something we’re proud of. Because the work stays in-house from template to fit, we can keep our prices competitive without cutting corners.
Our team will be glad to read your kind words, and we wish you many happy years in your kitchen.
Fantastic quality - very pleased
We did actually have an issue where our original choice was declared out of stock just as we completed final measurements. However all the staff we interacted with were great, especially our fitters, we got an excellent price and couldn’t be happier. We were quoted 3x what we paid with Gemini and I would highly recommend on service product and price.

We’re sorry your first choice went out of stock at such a late stage. Having your heart set on a material and then needing to rethink it just as the measurements are done is frustrating, and we appreciate how patient you were. We’re so glad the end result has left you this happy.
The fitters will be delighted to hear they made an impression. They take real pride in finishing each kitchen properly.
Being quoted three times as much elsewhere isn’t unusual for our customers. We source our stone directly and fabricate it ourselves, so there’s no chain of middlemen each adding their share before it reaches your kitchen. That’s how we can offer premium quality at a fair price.
Thank you for recommending us on service, product and price. It’s the combination we work hardest to get right.

“Absolutely blooming marvellous” might be our new favourite way to describe a kitchen. It made the whole team smile.
It’s lovely to hear the worktops have lived up to expectations. A lot happens before a slab reaches your home. Our craftsmen check each one, then cut, edge and polish it by hand and machine at our workshop here in the North East. The aim is a finish that looks just as good in ten years as it does on day one.
We’re also glad everything ran smoothly from start to finish. A calm, uneventful project is the best kind, and it’s exactly what we hope for every customer.
Thank you for recommending us. We hope your kitchen keeps making you smile for a long time.

Choosing a worktop is a big investment, and it’s natural to weigh up cost before you commit. We’d always rather talk options through openly than push anyone towards something that doesn’t feel right. Our range covers a broad spread of styles and price points, so there’s usually a way to get the look you want within the budget you have. We’re glad that conversation helped you decide with confidence.
Having people working in your home is personal, so it means a lot that our templater and installers were tidy and happy to answer your questions. We’ll make sure they see your comments.

We’re sorry your first choice became unavailable so close to templating. Stone is a natural material, and supply doesn’t always go the way we’d like. We’re glad we could help you find an alternative you love, at the price you’d planned for.
Getting the stone right is only part of the job. Our family has been working with stone for four generations, and we’ve learned that the experience matters as much as the finished surface. That means keeping you informed from order to template to installation, and being straight with you when something changes.
Thank you for trusting us with your kitchen. We hope you enjoy cooking, gathering and living around it for many years to come.
