I am so pleased with my worktop and how…
I am so pleased with my worktop and how easy it was from order to template to install. I had a slight issue when I made the order, just before template they told me it was unavailable and that I would need to select another product. But they agreed to price match an alternative which I was extremely pleased with. They keep you informed throughout which is what i really liked and couldn’t be beaten on price and professionalism

So delighted with my quartz worktops from Gemini. The customer service and communications throughout were super. Although the actual fitting appointment was quite a long wait from Templating, the team that came to fit were super friendly. There were a cope of minor issues after installing, but again Gemini were quick to respond and sent their remedial team out promptly to resolve. I’ve been really impressed with everything from ordering, installation, fo the post sales support.

We were sent multiple free samples to pick the option we liked. I liked that they sent someone round to do a site visit and measurements before making our order as it gave me confidence it would all fit well. They were transparent around pricing and cost of extra pieces/ thickness/ features which I really appreciated. Overall we are delighted with the result, it looks brilliant.

Katy at Gemini Worktops, was very helpful and accommodated my initial enquiry and any queries or questions I had to assist me make a decision and provide a quotation for consideration. I didn't end up going with Gemini Worktops but this was only because i placed a one stop order with Howdens for simplicity and local support from the local depot for my full property refurbishment package. At no point did Katy or Gemini become pushy or intrusive and this was a welcome breath of fresh air. I will definitely seek the services of Gemini Worktops for any future work i require.

Really great experience from start to…
Really great experience from start to finish. Loads of samples for us to choose from and a decent size so you could really get an idea of the pattern. The fitting team that came round were amazing, super polite, tidy and helpful with telling us how to take care of our worktops.
We’ve had them fitted for over a year now with no problems, we have a white quartz and no problems at all with marks or stains they wipe down a dream.
Only slight point lost for the pushy sales tactics at the start. The prices are so good it’s really not necessary as we couldn’t get any other company near the price we were given but it can feel very pushy with lock in this price by the end of the day/week etc. which actually usually makes me more suspicious of companies and doesn’t do Gemini justice as they have been such a great company.

After a long search we decided on using…
After a long search we decided on using Gemini worktops. We picked sienna gold. It’s a lovely warm white with a vein of gold through it. We teamed it with a mussel kitchen from diy kitchens.
We were delighted with the service from Gemini worktops.
They were very patient with all our enquiries as am very picky . From the beginning to end it was a smooth installation. The guys who fitted it were great too and did an amazing job,
I would highly recommend Gemini worktops.

Overall positive experience and great value
Overall positive experience and great value. We recently installed a kitchen from Wren and had heard stories about how overpriced their quartz worktops were. We got a quote from Gemini that was £2k below Wren for essentially the same thing. We selected our quartz design but were later told that it was no longer available. We were then offered a similar style but a few days later were subsequently told that it was out of stock. We eventually opted for Siena Amber and our order finally progressed. Ten days later the guys were here to fit the worktop. We are amazed at the quality of the worktops but also really pleased with how well they have been fitted. Despite the delays with selecting an available design, it was all worth it in the end. We are delighted with the design, fitting and price of our worktops and wouldn't hesitate to use Gemini again.

Then 20 mins!!!! Before they are due to arrive we get a call saying on sorry your worktops have not arrived we cannot make it today!?? Must be some sort of joke. When asked about when I can expect them to arrive they know nothing. Took a day off work to be played about with. Will not be recommending to anyONE. AVOID THE DISAPPOINTMENT. 0 STARS.

Great product, design and installation
I’m absolutely delighted with the final look of my quartz worktops. 5 star aesthetic and the price was fantastic!
Why only 4 stars? (I wish I could make it 4.5)
5 stars for Designer Chris Ware and the templating and installation team… honestly Chris was *brilliant* and the installation was done with incredible care for my home.
4 stars for a little bit of anxiety mid process. Having ordered samples and chosen a particular design and stone, there was a small delay between ordering and templating due to the stone I initially chose being discontinued.
The delay did cause a bit of anxiety but Chris gave me reassurance and when the templating was completed 2 days later than I had originally anticipated he helped me to secure an installation date which brought the whole project back to the original timeline.
The end result is a truly stunning worktop in my new kitchen.
A friend recommended Gemini to me originally and their kitchen is beautiful too - so I’m happy to pass on the recommendation baton.

Worktops themselves look good quality…
Worktops themselves look good quality but company messed up the cutting of the templates twice which resulted in an attempted “bodge” onsite cutting of the worktops resulting in worktops which are out of their tolerance levels and unresponsive when agreeing a solution, also large quantity of material at the house which hasn’t been collected.

Amazing worktops!
Amazing! By far the most affordable Quartz worktops I could find, and they look fantastic. They measured everything up, cut them and installed them within 2 weeks. Everyone that was involved was very professional and polite. The customer service from Tamzin via email was 10/10. I will definitely be using Gemini for my next renovation project.

I would say the service is brilliant they give plenty of time to design and double check the results, one thing I highly recommend is to ask the consultant to provide you with real world pictures of installations of which ever worktop you choose, they look completely different than the glossy web version, when in contrast to real lighting and next to a pvc double glazed window it looks different in style. Very helpful and the instillation was brilliant and quick

Your point about real-world photography is a fair one, and well made. Worktops can genuinely shift in character once they're away from studio lighting and sitting alongside things like a window frame or cabinetry, so seeing a chosen slab in a finished, real setting is a sensible extra step, and we'll make sure it's something our consultants are offering more consistently.
We're glad the installation itself lived up to the rest of the experience — quick and well handled is exactly the standard we hold our own fitting team to.

The quality of the worktops are amazing…
The quality of the worktops are amazing and the job fitting them is also a top job look really nice and was a fast turn around once measured up also was a good experience going there and seeing them in person before we picked one and getting advice, this would of been a flawless review but on the back side of the exposed waterfall edges at the breakfast bar there not polished so are dull and with an led light shining on them you can see it more and when asked they say it’s not something they do but when you search the internet they say : Yes, you should polish the visible underside or backside of a quartz waterfall edge if any part of it can be seen or touched
I just feel for the amount of money we paid that should be done
So just some advice Mybe ask before you order because you probably got more chance of getting it done before than after
But overall it’s mint just disappointed with that bit

We’re sorry that the waterfall edge was the one little detail that stopped this being a completely flawless experience. We absolutely understand why you noticed it, particularly with LED lighting picking up the difference in reflection.
Just to clarify for anyone considering a waterfall edge, the underside of our quartz is finished smooth rather than polished. We polish the exposed top surface, but the underside isn't polished as part of our standard finish. So while it will feel beautifully smooth to the touch, it won't have the same reflective finish as the polished surface above.
That said, we really do appreciate your feedback. It’s exactly the sort of detail that’s helpful for us to understand from a customer's perspective, and something worth talking through when planning a waterfall edge and the lighting around it.

Ordering worktops online usually stresses me out completely—it’s such a major purchase, and you never quite know what you’re going to get. But from start to finish, Gemini made the entire process absolutely seamless!
Every step, from scanning our worktop plan right through to the final installation, was clear, professional, and completely stress-free. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and our new sparkly quartz worktops have given our kitchen a serious "WOW" factor! 🤩

Worktop of dreams
We ordered a lovely kitchen, but unfortunately the company couldn’t meet our worktop needs, so we approached Gemini. They came out, measured up and said no problem.
The worktop arrived and unfortunately it was damaged. We were disappointed, but appreciated that these things happen. Fast forward a couple of weeks and the replacement worktops were fitted and a chopping board was added as a goodwill gesture. I can honestly say, we were very happy with the customer service, and updates on our order. The fitters were lovely, and respected our property, and we would definitely recommend this company to other people. I am so pleased with my kitchen. We completely rebuilt our house, so I’ve waited a long time for this.
