Worktop of dreams
We ordered a lovely kitchen, but unfortunately the company couldn’t meet our worktop needs, so we approached Gemini. They came out, measured up and said no problem.
The worktop arrived and unfortunately it was damaged. We were disappointed, but appreciated that these things happen. Fast forward a couple of weeks and the replacement worktops were fitted and a chopping board was added as a goodwill gesture. I can honestly say, we were very happy with the customer service, and updates on our order. The fitters were lovely, and respected our property, and we would definitely recommend this company to other people. I am so pleased with my kitchen. We completely rebuilt our house, so I’ve waited a long time for this.

Top quality service
The showroom were brilliant when we went to visit and not pushy like most. We gave them anticipated date which was months away and they sorted it no problem. The installation team were excellent, the two lads turned up and mucked straight into the work. They clearly took pride in their work and left a great finish. We cant wait to show them off to our family and friends.

We’re sorry you’ve been left frustrated by the wait for your deposit refund and appreciate that you’ve had to follow this up with us.
We’ve checked the details of your order and can confirm that your refund was processed on 7th September, which was within 10 working days of receiving the refund request on 26th August.
Once processed, refunds made via our payment provider can take a further 3–5 working days to reach your account while they go through the banking system. We’re therefore sorry for any confusion around the expected timeframe, but can reassure you that your refund has been processed.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Unfortunately, like many others, I have experienced terrible service from Gemini Worktops. They were very responsive and persuading right up until you pay your deposit and then there is radio silence and the sales team don’t respond and try and close the chat. When you still have lots of questions around booking templating in and they don’t respond it doesn’t fill you with confidence they are going to be any help if something goes wrong during installation. I really don’t like how as soon as they have your money they give up, it’s quite clear the sales team get a bit of commission for just getting people to pay deposits because they clearly don’t care as soon as they have your money. I would avoid. Now I am trying to get my deposit back and customer service won’t help over the phone. A complete shambles, save your time and go elsewhere!

Why 5 stars? The worktops seem to float around the cabinets helping to make a bijou kitchen feel expansive. The depth of the pattern is incredible and yet it is right at home with the modern kitchen. The fit is perfect, in no small part due to the two chaps who delivered and fitted them, polite, well mannered and professional. If you want something special for your kitchen, it’s worth a trip to find them and see the different styles in person, trust your sat nav, it is worth the adventure to find them.

Great product, even better service
Everyone who worked for Gemini was really professional, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The product is great but the people made the whole process seamless. The online portal, instructions and guide were also really well laid out and very easy to follow. After an extension and full home renovation, I can comfortably recommend Gemini as one of the best companies we worked with in the entire process. On top of that, the product is higher quality than what was offered by our kitchen retailer and worked out cheaper!

Not the best experience!
Having agreed to use Gemini to supply the worktops for our renovation, we had the templating completed midweek, only to be told on the Saturday that one of the most popular options, Calacatta Gold Superior, was out of stock.
We were initially told it would be available in early September, but this was subsequently pushed back to mid-September. Despite the delays and the fact that this was our preferred option, Gemini were unwilling to offer any flexibility on price.
The two alternative options they provided were also problematic: one was out of stock until October, while the other had a lead time of a further 2–3 weeks.
Ultimately, we decided to go with Al Murad instead, and the difference in service was significant. They were incredibly efficient and managed to complete both the templating and fitting in less than two weeks.
Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend Gemini. The lack of stock availability, repeated delays and unwillingness to offer any flexibility made the process unnecessarily stressful, particularly when we had already progressed to the templating stage.

From the very beginning of sending am online request for a quote from Gemini I've found the service to be absolutely incredible. Josh called me and arranged a time that was suitable to discuss our needs and further for a new kitchen worktop and throughout this whole process has been absolutely fantastic. Josh has been absolutely amazing particularly as we've encountered some very unexpected and unwelcome disruption to our renovation works. When I informed Josh about our issues, he went above and beyond to support us and make the process as easy as possible and the generosity of Josh and Gemini has really helped us through a difficult period in our renovations.
I've thoroughly enjoyed every interaction on the phone and Josh has been professional, personable, informative and really helpful with all of the design choices. Ultimately Josh's excellent support has been the decisive factor in choosing Gemini over other worktop suppliers.
He has kept us informed and been proactive in making us aware of the process, including resending some samples as we were no longer ablento retrieve the first lot of samples due to our renovation disaster. Thank you Josh for your excellent customer service, attention to detail and kindness.

Absolutely obsessed with the new…
Absolutely obsessed with the new worktop. Looks so expensive. It has been in around 3-4 months now and had no issues. We use it throughout the day everyday. Good quality and aesthetically pleasing. Would definitely recommend and reuse Gemini as they kept in contact throughout the install process. Showed my partner after seeing the worktop on Instagram and his initial response was well that will be too expensive, I got a quote and we were both shocked it was in budget. We got what we wanted!

The sales member of staff that we had…
The sales member of staff that we had looked after us was called Josh and he was amazing, we were a bit hopeless as customers and couldn’t decide on colours nor how to do the kitchen itself and he took the time including calling us on a Sunday to discuss everything in depth. Samples with a Samples with an out to us in a good timeframe of about two days to help us decide. We called the customer helpline number on a few occasions before templating and each member of staff that we spoke to. There was incredibly polite and informative. Once we confirmed the order templating was easy to book and the man that came and measured was very thorough and polite. There was an issue with the colour we chose and the shipping and obtainment of the courts however Andy in the office did everything he possibly could to keep us updated at the time of the issue and to try and find a suitable solution. We ended up with our dream kitchen in a good timeframe where we otherwise thought they were gonna be large delays and we are so happy that we went for the Calvary’s gold superior- as it truly is beautiful and was at a cost we were happy with. The two guys that came and fitted the kitchen did a fantastic job. The joints are so neat and most of them are hidden at points for example behind the tap so you don’t even notice the up stand join!
Gemini as a company we have been incredibly impressed with they seem incredibly professional and personable. You didn’t just feel like a number and a sale. It felt like there was genuine care in the company from each member of staff. Thank you!
