What a wonderful review to receive — thank you! Knowing the worktops turned out even better than you imagined, and that they've genuinely transformed the kitchen, means a great deal to us. That level of finish comes down to our own manufacturing process — every slab goes through 200+ individual steps in our workshop, refined over four generations of stonemasonry, so nothing is left to chance.
We're just as pleased the service matched the quality throughout, since that combination is exactly what we set out to deliver every time. Thank you for recommending us — congratulations on your beautiful new kitchen!

We really appreciate you bearing with us on the templating timing, and it's great to know the team kept things running smoothly once your slot came around.
Our installers take real pride in their craft, and it's the product of generations of expertise in the trade, so comments like "efficient and professional" and worktops that "look fantastic" mean a great deal to us.
Thank you again for the kind words and the recommendation, we hope you enjoy your new kitchen for many years to come.
Really good end to end process
Really good end to end process. We worked with Tamzin who was very helpful and helped to guide us through the process.
Everything from Gemini was great, the only let down was on the fitting side which is a little outside of Gemini's control. That particular team could have been a bit better and perhaps didnt conduct themselves in the best way in a customers property.
However that should not detract away from Gemini as we have had stone fitted from other companies and its been the same issue. You are at the mercy of the 3rd party contractor who turns up as its not practical to have a national in-house team

Exceptional service from start to finish!
We had a brilliant experience with Gemini from worktop consultation to installation. A big thank you to Tan C our consultant who guided us through the process, sent samples, patiently answered all our queries as we had a lot of questions! We even visited the showroom in Middlesbrough and the guys there were very helpful. Wesley ( if I remember correctly, apologies if I’ve got it wrong!) who came to do the templating was great and ran through what would look good in the kitchen. The team at Gemini have been brilliant with processing the final order and the guys that came out to install the worktops and window sill in both kitchen and dining room did a fantastic job. We would definitely recommend Gemini not only for their competitive prices but the service we received was above and beyond! We absolutely love our quartz, looks stunning and we have had lots of compliments.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and lovely review. It's wonderful to hear that every stage of the journey — consultation, templating, installation — came together the way it should.
We'll make sure Tan hears how much his patience and guidance meant, particularly with all the questions along the way; getting samples into your hands and talking things through properly is exactly the kind of support we want every customer to have. The showroom team will be delighted too — that early conversation about what would work best in your kitchen is such an important part of getting the end result right, and it clearly paid off.
We're also glad the value came through alongside the service. Competitive pricing without cutting corners on craftsmanship is something we take a great deal of pride in, and hearing that both went hand in hand for you means a lot.

Measure twice cut once
In any home renovation project, things do not always go entirely to plan. What truly defines a company is how they respond when an issue arises.
Unfortunately, our initial installation hit a significant snag which was naturally frustrating and caused some disruption, including the need for temporary plumbing and hob fittings.
However, Gemini's response to resolving the situation completely turned the experience around.
A special mention must go to Ashlea, who took ownership of the case. Ashlea handled our concerns with great professionalism, listening to the issues, communicating clearly, and working proactively with us to reach a resolution. Gemini covered the associated temporary fitting expenses and went the extra mile to make sure we didn't have to wait long before the new worktop was remade and fitted, and the final look of the kitchen is absolutely superb. The quality of the stone and the craftsmanship of the finished piece are top notch.
While the initial error was frustrating, Gemini proved that they stand by their customers and their commitments. Thanks to Ashlea and the team, my faith in the company was fully restored, and we are delighted with the end result. Highly recommended for both their product quality and their willingness to put things right.

We completely appreciate how frustrating the initial issue must have been, particularly with the knock-on disruption to your kitchen. While things don’t always go perfectly during a renovation, we believe it’s how we respond when they don’t that really matters.
We’re so pleased to hear that Ashlea was able to take ownership, keep things moving and help get everything resolved for you. We’ll be sure to pass your lovely comments on to her and the wider team.
Most importantly, it’s fantastic to hear that you’re now delighted with the finished worktop and that we were able to restore your faith in Gemini Worktops. Thank you again for your patience, understanding and for recommending us — it really does mean a lot to the whole team.
