Beautiful worktops but multiple issues
Once fully installed, I’m very happy with my quartz worktops and upstands, and they look beautiful in my new kitchen. The two separate installation teams were professional, polite and did a great job. However we had hiccups along the way due which was very frustrating.
One of the pieces was cut the wrong size by Gemini. A replacement piece and goodwill piece for another unit was posted by DHL without any proper protection, leaving the work surface completely bare. This was delivered in the DHL van with boxes on top of them Gemini maintains that this is the normal way of getting pieces out which I was not impressed with at all. A rescheduled appointment to fit the newly cut piece was missed. Another large island piece came with damage on one corner. I negotiated a 50% discount on this piece which was received two weeks later, following submission of a Trustpilot review.

You're right on each count. The window cill was templated incorrectly; that was our error, and it has been re-templated and remade. The island piece did arrive with a crack, and the resolution we agreed with you is being processed now. The rescheduled fitting appointment being missed on top of that shouldn't have happened, and we've also fed back on how the replacement pieces were packed for delivery.
Our team spoke with you this morning and we are still working this through to a full resolution. We won't consider it closed until every piece is finished properly.
We template, cut and fit with our own team precisely so this doesn't happen, and we've fallen short with you here. If anything at all remains outstanding, please contact us on planning@geminiworktops.com or 0333 360 3800 and we'll stay with it until it's right.

Where do I start , What can I say but wow wow wow im lost for words at the customer service I received at Gemini worktops Middlesbrough from going in and been greeted by a gentleman called Dan who then passed me onto a gentleman called Max I can’t explain how they treat me his hospitality was outstanding and he went that extra mile , Max was amazing with his knowledge he answered every question I gave him and expanded on the answers in depth they where just AMAZING from start to finish thank you for all your help outstanding service Max and of course not to mension Dan too You are an asset to Gemini worktop and they are very lucky to have you both thank you and well done .

A great experience at Gemini Worktops
We were given details of Gemini by one of their other customers, whilst looking for worktops for our new kitchen units. On arrival at the site we were welcomed by reception and taken into the area where worktops were being displayed. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs, which eventually resulted in us putting down a deposit to save the currents price deals. A very good experience all round and I would certainly recommend Gemini to other customers for quartz worktops.

Contacted Geminj worktops in a last minute situation and they were faultless!!
I contacted Gemini worktops on instagram on an off chance they could help me as I had been let down repeatedly by another kitchen supplier with templating my worktops. I contacted them on instagram at 8.55 and within half an hour, 2 people called me to sort it out.
The person on instagram message let Andy know, who gave me a call to settle my worries and confirm they could help me. I then had a call from Myles within 10 minutes to design my kitchen and quote me.
They were both extremely helpful and informative on the phone but also straight to the point- which was just what I needed, having been so messed around. We sorted our deposit and booked templating in for next week within the hour (this took 2 weeks back and forth with the other supplier, just to book it in).
This was such a hassle- free process and has put my mind at ease a lot. Thank you so much Andy and Myles for all your help. I just wish I had come across Gemini worktops sooner instead of wasting time with the other supplier!!

Great service, initially hesitant as it was online and hadn’t heard of them but the price was so competitive I decided to go with them and from start to finish they were excellent, customer service was brilliant, always on hand immediately to help with questions and adjustments and template and installation day was seamless! Have now had the quartz worktop for a couple of years and can confirm that it is still in the condition it was when installed. During design conversations, their pre-sales team were really helpful with advice on products and sending samples - both physical and pictures.
Templating was equally simple and again the guys were helpful in giving advice with my questions.
Installation team were super quick, clean and thorough.
They'd forgot to deliver my chopping board and the post-sales team sorted it out for me without issue.
