Appointment made immediately for sales. Arrived at showroom, very helpful and knowledgeable about product which helped final decision. Everything explained about process to product.
Once ordered we were kept informed at every stage and what was required all the way through process. Fitters were professional, friendly and efficient. Left area clean and showed how to clean and what to avoid ie. Hot on surface etc.
I love finished product. Exactly what was wanted.

I can't recommend Gemini Worktops enough. I've been back and forth with Dan and Josh throughout the process, and they've both been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Nothing has been too much trouble, they've been patient with all my questions, really knowledgeable, and always happy to help.

Do not order for a pre-Christmas delivery - They cannot deliver on time.
Do not order with Gemini for a pre-Christmas delivery, even if they state they can deliver on time, they cannot.
The measurement, fittings and product were all very good, however the service really fell short on delivery timings and fair compensation for said issues.
- Missed delivery twice – Two confirmed dates (19th and 22nd December) were both broken, disrupting a pre-Christmas installation and leaving my family without a kitchen while hosting guests.
- Lowballed initial compensation – The opening £150 compensation offer didn't reflect the actual costs incurred of a temporary solution for Christmas, which I had to find myself (MDF, van hire and disrupted plumber booking).
- Inconsistent treatment between customers – Their own correspondence with another customer (Hannah) in the reviews who was in a similar position to us shows how she received a 10% discount and they confirmed that wasn't enough compensation in their review responding to her, yet they refused to apply the same standard to mine. We fell significantly short of the 10% refund.
- Administrative sloppiness – Gemini processed the agreed refund incorrectly sending £10 less than what was reflected in our email to our bank account, requiring yet another round of chasing.
- Drawn-out resolution – The whole process took from 9 January to 2 March (nearly 8 weeks) and required myself to repeatedly push back and provide evidence before getting an outcome which wasn't a good reimbursement.
They're happy to take your money, but aren't particularly forthright in giving you money back when they are in the wrong! Disappointed by their poor customer service.

Knowledgable, Supportive and Competitive
We found Gemini on line, and although over an hour away, it was a very worthwhile trip visiting the showroom. We booked a meeting, and immediately on arrival were greeted and offered a drink. We were shown into the showroom, where we were joined by Tamzin, who was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout our meeting. There was no pushing sales pitches, and we found exactly what we were looking for at a very competitive price. The full process was carefully explained and we actually placed our order there and then.

Quality worktops and excellent service
We had a very positive experience with Gemini Worktops from start to finish. We had shopped around a little to get a sense of what a competitive price might be and we were really pleased with the customer service, worktop, price and installation from Gemini.
The sales team and the templating team were really helpful. We had numerous samples sent through which helped us choose the style and pattern for our kitchen. There weren’t any hard sales techniques or any pressure to buy from them. The website and the portals that you use throughout the process are really easy to navigate and we found them really helpful. Any queries we had were answered promptly and the fitting team were amazing. Did an excellent job and took real care and attention in finishing it off for us to complete a whole experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend Gemini worktops for anyone that’s considering replacing their worktops at competitive prices and want the piece of mind that using a national company is worth considering based on our experiences. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending to family and friends.

Full replacement, excellent customer service.
We had worktops fitted approx 3 years ago, loved them but then noticed a tiny crack near hob corner.
I contacted gemini to see what could be done, after sending photos they advised it was a fault and they would replace all the worktops and pay costs of other trades to remove and refit hob and sink.
Claire from the resolutions team was fantastic emailed regularly, sent out samples and arranged fitting on dates that suited us. New worktops now fitted and again an excellent job.
