Consistency across every touchpoint is something we work really hard to get right, and knowing that care and quality came through at every stage of your journey means everything to us as a family business.
Thank you for choosing Gemini Worktops!
Quality from start to finish.
First and foremost, the price was right. From sales to instillation every representative of Gemini worktops I dealt with was very good. Sales and design was informative, transparent and available to move the project forward. Templating and instillation was smooth and the team were extremely respectful of my property while working with diligence and skill. From my experience I would 100% recommend Gemini worktops to handle your kitchen worktops. Thank you

Hello! Thank you so much for this wonderful review - a 100% recommendation means absolutely everything to us!
Price first, then informative and transparent sales, smooth templating and an installation team who were respectful of your property and worked with diligence and skill, you’ve described every stage perfectly and we’re so pleased it all came through so clearly.
As a direct-to-consumer manufacturer that owns every part of the process, getting the price right without ever compromising on the quality of the people or the product is something we take real pride in. So hearing that every single representative you dealt with hit the mark from start to finish is the best possible outcome.
We hope you enjoy your worktops for many years to come!
Gemini were fab.
Gemini were fab from the first call..with Aktar..to the fitters Matt Elmore and Jacob. Unlike many companies you only pay for what you use. This was a huge saving for us as we needed one and abit slabs. Adter many conversations and samples we chose Fia Tempesta which is beautiful! I would never recommend with such conviction unless I received a top notch service. Thank you guys.

Hi Tina. What an absolutely wonderful review, thank you so much for every word of this!
Aktar, Matt and Jacob are going to be absolutely delighted to see this, we’ll make sure all three of them know how much their work was appreciated. From that very first call right through to the finished installation, having people who genuinely care at every stage is something we’re incredibly proud of.
And you’ve highlighted something really important, you only ever pay for what you use. No waste, no rounding up to the nearest slab, no unnecessary cost. As a direct-to-consumer manufacturer that controls every part of the process, we’re able to price with that level of precision and fairness, and we’re so glad it made such a significant difference for you.
Fia Tempesta is a stunning choice! Rich, dramatic and absolutely worth every conversation and sample it took to get there.
Thank you for championing us so wholeheartedly!
A great company alround
A great company to deal with. Lovely showroom with loads of choice and people very helpful. Worktop fitted quickly and efficiently. We’ve had it for over 2 years and it’s great. So easy to keep looking pristine and still live the choice we made. Would definitely recommend.

Hi Gautam. Please allow us to sincerely apologise for the experience you've had.
Waiting over a month for a deposit refund, not receiving timely responses, that is simply not acceptable, and we are sorry. This is not the standard of customer care we hold ourselves to at Gemini Worktops, and I completely understand your frustration.
To clarify we actioned your refund on June 26. We also launched an internal investigation to understand exactly where the delay occurred and why your communications weren't handled as they should have been. We take this seriously.
We are glad we've been able to resolve this for you, but recognise that doesn't undo the stress and inconvenience you've experienced along the way.

The timescale was quick and efficient and the team were very pleasant and tidy when on site. They are clearly proud of their worktops and accessories and this shows in the quality of the product and the installation. Absolutely Outstanding From Start to…
Absolutely Outstanding From Start to Finish
We had our quartz worktops fitted by Gemini Worktops just over two years ago, and I can honestly say they have been one of the best investments we've made in our kitchen.
The price initially seemed almost too good to be true. I'd spent ages ringing around and comparing quotes from different companies, and Gemini came in significantly more competitively priced than many others. Despite that, the quality and service were second to none.
From the very beginning, the customer service was fantastic. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, sending out plenty of samples so I could be completely confident in choosing the right colour and finish.
Installation day was equally impressive. The fitters were quick, professional, and meticulous. I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to home improvements, and I genuinely couldn't fault their workmanship. The finish was absolutely perfect.
Now, more than two years later, the worktops still look exactly as they did on the day they were fitted. We have bright white quartz worktops and, despite being heavily used every single day by a busy family with two young boys, they still look immaculate. We've had permanent marker drawings, coffee spills, food stains, and all the usual family chaos, yet everything comes off easily (even permanent marker with a bit of The Pink Stuff!) and there isn't a mark on them.
The durability has honestly exceeded my expectations. They still look spotless, glossy, and as beautiful as the day they were installed.
If you're considering quartz worktops, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gemini Worktops. Excellent value, outstanding customer service, flawless installation, and a product that genuinely stands the test of time.

That’s the direct-to-consumer advantage in action, no middlemen, no markups, just outstanding quartz delivered directly to you at a price that genuinely surprises people.
And two years of bright white quartz surviving a busy family, still spotless, still glossy, still immaculate? That’s our non-porous, SGS tested quartz proving itself in the most real-world way possible.
Thank you so much for recommending us, this genuinely means the world to us as a family business and we hope your worktops keep impressing for many years to come!

We purchased a Wren Kitchen which we are happy with, however their choice of quartz worktops was limited and the price was high. We contacted Gemini and received 3 large samples of worktops we liked and decided to buy them. We measured up and spoke to the sales team on several occasions who helped us with the process. The kitchen was templated and fitted by a friendly team. We are delighted with the finiahed results and the cost was significantly less than Wren.
I highly recommend Gemini to anyone considering a quartz worktop.

You’ve highlighted something we hear time and again, kitchen companies offer a limited range of quartz at a significant premium, and customers who come directly to us are consistently surprised by both the choice available and the price difference. As a direct-to-consumer manufacturer with no middlemen and no markups, we’re able to offer outstanding quality at a price that genuinely competes - and clearly did here!
We’re also really pleased the samples helped you find exactly the right stone, and that our sales team were on hand to guide you through the process with confidence every step of the way.
Thank you for recommending us so highly!
Gemini worktops 2 years on
I have now had my Gemini worktops for 2 years, having had them installed in 2024. They are as beautiful as ever and so stylish even after the wear and tear of the past 24 months. We only ever eat on the kitchen island and no longer in the dining room as the worktops are so easy to clean and wipe down and so durable.

Brilliant service and worktops
The ordering was very easy with an initial phone call then to send them rough sizes needed. The price was really competitive .
Someone came and made an exact measurement a week later. Then a week after that they were fitted in about 3 hours with a couple of extras added. All went very smoothly and the worktops are better than I ever expected and the one thing I was worried about that I had seen on other worktops is that they do not stain

And on the staining, we’re so glad that concern has been put to rest! Our quartz surfaces are non-porous and SGS tested, which means liquids and food simply can’t penetrate the surface. No sealing, no fuss, just a beautiful worktop that’s built to handle real life with ease. It’s one of the things we’re most proud of about our material.
