What a great experience
What a great experience. We would highly recommend Gemini. We ordered the 20mm English White Quartz and it looks absolutely stunning. Everything about the process was straightforward and easy. From getting the quote online, paying the deposit, templating visit, final payment and then installation, it couldn't have been easier.

No response or refund
Update - this was resolved quickly and I was refunded thanks to Danielle!
I’ve been waiting almost 2 months for my "fully refundable" deposit to be returned. I’ve phoned 5 times. Every time, I speak to a different person who takes my contact details and promises someone will call me back to discuss. I’ve explained that I simply want my deposit refunded. Despite these promises, nobody ever calls or emails back. I’m still chasing them for my £300 deposit and being ignored, I’m starting to think this is a scam company.

Highly recommended! Great service & product.
I had my worktop fitted two years ago and it still looks brand new. The fitters were friendly & polite & did an excellent job and the support staff were great too with good communication. I had one tiny issue that a bit of sealant had come away after a couple of weeks & when I called Genini about it they quickly sent someone out to fix it & it has been fine every since , so great after sales service too. I would thoroughly recommend them.

We’ve had our worktops for over 2years now and they are as good as when they were first installed - the worktop spray that we got with the worktops is really effective and the smell is lovely

Looking Great 2 years on
I’ve had my Gemini Worktop for 2 years now (installed in 2024) and it has held up very well. Looks as good as the day it was installed - I’ve been using the “Bar Keepers Friend” cleaner they provided to remove any stains from food, which works well.
The customer service and installation experience when I first got it installed was very good.
Would recommend.

It is very beautiful Arctic starburst worktop (Quartz) and wonderful installation from Gimini. It has made my new kitchen an entirely different world. However, I can not comment on the durability yet, as it has just been installed a week ago.

Was recommended Gemini who offered and identical worktop at a reduced price to that of the leading kitchen companies
Easy to get a price, bit of a sales pitch to lock in an offer but nothing too bad
Templating was quick and easy to arrange nice and friendly person who gave some tips too
The worktops then took just over 4 weeks to be produced and install which would have been nice to be a bit quicker and longer than the “average” but not awful
Installers were great we very pleased with the outcome and service

Fab company
I rang Gemini when looking for samples and quotes for worktops in my new kitchen. The information and advice I received straight away impressed me and then the very speedy comprehensive quote gave me confidence in this company.
The survey for measuring was perfect and we waited about 10days for that appointment.
Due to bank holidays etc we had to wait another 3 weeks for fitting which felt a long time however the worktops were fitted extremely efficiently by great guys and I could not be happier with the final results!
Excellent quality at affordable price
I will definitely be recommending Gemini!

Lovely product and service. We live close to the factory in middlesbrough so our first contact was directly with the sales team based there. We were able to view lots of products in the factory which was huge! Templating and fitting was a expected. Finished product looks amazing and really complements our kitchen.

However the service they gave me was not low price - very diligent, team that measured were v pleasant, and install and finish exceeded my expectations. I have used them on another project since, and expect to use them again within a moth.
