Do not buy it from this seller. Item come and quality was absolutely terrible and too small. When are requested to have a refund, They told me that shipping back to the USA would be around £20.even though I thought there was based in Britain hence the name. Then offered a 15% refund if you keep the shoes. What an absolute joke!

Ordered a jacket it was absolutely disgusting quality. Wanted to send it back told to send it to USA at my cost. Do not buy from them put them out of business

Pretty much repeating the same as others ordered a blazer and received what can only be described as complete tat, poor quality has no resemblance to what I ordered in any shape or form

Strongly suggest don’t buy any item from here. I have ordered plain Blazer and was promised to be delivered in 3 days but arrived after 2 weeks. Quality was awful and did not match at all what was shown on website. I think they are con and misleading. When requested for refund, was told it will cost you £15-£25 to return because we are based in USA. T

The order will take over 2 weeks to arrive and once it does…. It will be nothing like the images they portray their products to look like.

The returns policy works in their favour. You have to pay to shipping to America (typically ranging from €15 to €25 )or the alternative which is the below response,

They sell a product in the hope you don’t return it and give you a minimal refund while they keep their profit from the falsely advertised goods they’re selling.

Ordered a jacket which was described as "suede". On arrival it was clearly corduroy. Asked for a refund and they asked for 15 to 25 euro to return it. Currently in the process of contacting bank to raise a dispute.

Scammers acting as a shop from Netherlands when it’s a knockoff from Temu!!! They then charged me to return and had to pay £30!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will be reaching out to my credit card company for a charge back!

I bought a shoe from them for £38.95. What they displayed is a premium product. What they sent to me is probably ordered by them from TEMU for £19.08 as clearly displayed in TEMU site.
This company is intentionally set up to defraud British people. They take your orders pretending to be in Netherlands claiming to have a link to Italian family fashion manufacturer to supply quality products. As soon as order is placed, you start to get messages indicating you have ordered item from a Chinese supplier through YANWEN Logistics. In the end you receive the sort of item quality you will reject even in the worst shop in England. My order was placed on the 2nd of August and arrived on the 16th directly from China with a sticker attempting to cover the original sticker!
They have effectively charged you with quality deception and sent you TEMU type products.
They then tell you to return to the US warehouse if you don't.like it or accept a 25% discount. I have just told them I am accepting none and will fight them until the criminality is stopped by those we pay through.our taxes to protect the society from this type of criminals. I can't order an item in UK from a supposedly UK present seller that says easy to return within 90 days and I am told to pay to send it to US. It will not happen. We have to stand up and fight these bunch of criminals.

They have responded here just for image sake. But their criminality is still ongoing online drawing innocent British people that want quality products. Their assumed name suggests that. But the reality is promising a city and delivering a village!

What baffles me is the fact that no Trading Standards in England has taken them on. People are just accepting being duped and grumbling at home and doing nothing? You can't sell something to someone in England and ask them to return to US if they don't like it. They know they will send inferior items and are quick to offer discounts.....15%, 20%,25%. Even at that, the product will still be overpriced for its quality. My simple advice to all, stop yourselves from being taken for a ride. Take your complaint to your Banks and fight it all the way. The laws provides for that. Enough of these nonsense!

This company is deliberately misleading the consumer.
I’ve had very much the same experience with a pair of linen shorts I purchased through the website. They were extremely for quality, not as pictured or described. As others have said, the returns policy is a joke and clearly a tactic to push the purchaser to accept a partial refund.
I HAVE RAISED A CHARGE BACK WITH MY BANK.

Shocking. Cheap china knock off clothing that does not look like the photos. Takes forever to come and the returns policy is a nightmare.

Don’t be fooled by the name! Gents of Britain are a Netherlands based company that supply very poor quality goods from China and if you need to return anything you have to pay for it to be sent to the USA!! Avoid!!

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE BUNCH OF CROCKS! The rubbish is coming from china and they don’t tell you until your parcel location states yanwan! Typical Chinese products! They refuse to issue me a refund as my parcel did not get delivered to my door instead some random neighbour I don’t know about! After going back and forth with them they still refuse to refund me!

I bought £30 "linen" trousers, but they’re cheap polyester with terrible fit—nothing like the photos. Their website makes no mention that returns must be sent to the USA, and as they claim to only serve UK customers, it’s fair to assume returns would cost less than £5—which will be far more as requested to ship back to California! They must be a drop-shipping scam company. They finally offered 30% off if I keep them, but given the poor quality, it’s not enough. Misleading brand, poor product, terrible service. Avoid.

I purchased a 'linen' gents shirt for £30,when it arrived not linen as advertised but polyester and buttons on the wrong side.
They offer a 30 day money back guarantee but only if you post the item to a partner in the USA,at a cost to you of between 15 and 25 euros.
That was one option they gave me,the other being a partial refund of 15% which I reluctantly accepted.
Cheap clothing from China - do not be deceived by the name 'Gents of Britain'.
They also say they are not responsible for the quality of the garment !

Absolute scam! The worst quality clothes, shipped from china. They offer 15% discount if you keep the item, although they are that bad, you wouldn’t want to! Avoid at all costs!

I haven’t received my order as of yet but from reading reviews on here I don’t expect I will or if I do I am not very positive that the quality will match the price tag. I have sent emails and get the same automated response. I have raised the dispute with my bank. I have also noticed a lot of their products can be found on other scam websites

Update. I received my order, product looked as advertised. But not very good quality. I did request a return but they offered a 20% refund and keep the product. I asked for 25% instead and it was refunded with in 2 day. With the 25%, the price is more in line with the product and as such and happy with this purchase now. So I will change my review to 3 stars.
