Very horrible shop,poor product ,paid for a shoe of £86 and it turns out to be worst that what is sold on Temu and primark .ended up spending another additional £32 to process a return as the product is extremely poor for the price,how can a shop named gent of Britain only have an outlet in USA for return knowing too well they don’t deliver what is on the website after weeks of delay.i will never recommend this to anyone and I am waiting for my refund has I had to pay an additional £32 all at my cost to return what they themselves know is not up to expectations.

DO NOT BUY from this shop!
DO NOT BUY from this shop. Everything about it is wrong. They will send you a much lower quality product, and will then offer a 15% refund on the premises that it will cost you more money to actually pay for the return.
And just to be super clear, this is after purchasing something that is clearly labeled as 100% Premium Breathable Linen and receiving a 100% Polyester Temu quality, which was also very late.

The garment supplied was of poor…
The garment supplied was of poor quality and bore no relation to the suggested size. For return to be made I was asked to send it to the United States at my own expense. The alternative was to accept a 10% payment and retain the useless garment. It was suggested I give the item away. The company said they would not be held resposible for the quality of the garment as they were not the manufacturer.
DO NOT BUY FROM THE AS IT COST ME £40!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! they are advertising that the products come from Britain they clearly don’t they come from China the quality is horrendous and the sizing is way out the picture on the website was nothing like what was sent blue shirt with white buttons when it came it was badly printed material with marks on it and BLUE buttons the trousers had a draw string on them in the photo on website when they came there was no drawstring , when asked to return they said I have to ship to USA for a refund they offers me 10, 15 and 25% and keep the items
They completely ignored all reference to items being differ t to what was on website complete SCAM!!!!!!!!!

Do not order from this company/website
Ordered a shirt that was supposed to be 'Premium linen' and when it arrived after 3 weeks it was terrible quality with a label saying '100% polyester'.
Asked for a refund and they tell me I need to ship it at my own costs back to them before they'll do it.
Terrible product and terrible customer service.
AVOID!

Poor quality shirt that didn’t resemble…
Poor quality shirt that didn’t resemble the photos drop shipped from China. When asking for a refund was told to ship at my own cost to a warehouse in the US that would cost 50% of the value. They did the immediate offer a discount (10%, 15% and then 25%) to just keep it and not return in the vain hope I’d just take some money and keep the shirt but it’s so bad it’s not worth 75% of the original price. I have no confidence I’ll get a refund as I don’t think this is a real business. I should have done my research better…
