Not even a one star!!!
I got emails about a bounced direct debit, not even a second attempt!
However, tried to pay online.. “technical problems” tried again.. the same!!!
Tried to call .. “we are experiencing high calls” the phone went dead .!!!
This happened multiple times. I even have my bank to back me up in this as when tried to pay online I had to use my app for approval.
Now I owe 1700??!!! When I tried to pay online on their own email link! Sooo pissed off! Absolute joke! Do not use!

Geoffrey ins are Deviants!!
Geoffrey ins are quite fair price a little bit more than some companies but I thought I was getting a good Premium until I had to change my address,and charged me £90 or tried to until i complained had to go through some strive though that really put me off so watch this company, out to fleece you and no need as it is disproportionate to what they have to do in terms of Labour, it’s hardly labour intensive taping or computer and changing a address..
SCANDALOUS I certainly won’t be used again. I recommend them to any of my colleagues or associates friends, et cetera.

Well customer service is worst ever
Well customer service is worst ever , after being a customer and renewal of my policy I found on a Sunday that have no insurance. Even though I had confirmation emails to confirm . The representative disregard this and said I would have to pay for their error. Her tone was totally unacceptable. Please avoid this company as really unprofessional and their customer run by the streets I think

I have bought an electric car which unfortunately the underwriters didn't provide cover for. Geoffrey cancelled my cover then reimbursed the money for the cover remaining on my insurance.

At the moment, our underwriting criteria mean that we’re unable to cover certain vehicle types, including some electric models, and we appreciate that this can be disappointing. The cancellation charge reflects the administrative costs associated with ending a policy early, but we understand it can feel unfair in situations like this.

It was easy to arrange car insurance BUT very difficult to cancell renewel I se4nt emails stating I did not want to renew ( too expensive ) but NOBODY did anything - after a long phone call the lady was helpful but the process was difficult
would I insure again - not sure
