Just one email to chip regarding a problem i had trying to relink my account with my bank and within a few minutes i recieved a reply stating that it would be forwarded to an agent . within another few minutes i recieved another email from the agent ( Ben) who gave me instructions as to what steps i needed to do to sort it. Ten minutes later i had completed the relinking and emailed Ben to thank him . Now thats what i call efficient .

Prompt & detailed reply but no solution really provided this means that as things stand I can't pay into my investment account as it doesn't accept any means of payment other than fast payment via open banking.
