Don’t bother with their prize savings account. They push it as an alternative or addition to premium bonds but it’s so very very different. You don’t know when the prizes are announced and despite checking my account says I’m in the next draw but doesn’t tell me what my results for the last draw was.

I contacted Chip to request some historical statements. They were helpful, friendly and efficient and emailed me relevant documents the same day. I was hugely grateful for their first class service and would happily recommend them to family and friends.

I have invested £2000 in Chip and as it appears to be earning no interest, would now like to withdraw the full amount. This is proving difficult to do. The app insists I must give Chip 90 days access to my personal bank account. I do not want to do this. I'm not sure what to do to withdraw my money.
Today - 25.2.26 Chip responded helpful and enable me to withdraw the money without having to give access to my personal bank account.

Following a bereavement, I was tasked with reaching out to Chip. All my messages were with the same person, Todd, who consistently offered his condolences . I was kept up to date with progress at each stage. Very considerate and empathetic with situation and Todd warned me that some correspondence would be in the name of the deceased and he apologised. He then gave me a timeline of the next steps. All resolved relatively quickly and very smoothly.

Would recommend great app easy to use easy to set up and buy stocks and fun with prize savings account and customer service is always quick to respond and resolve issues on the rare occasion they occur very rapidly
