This was the first time I had used getDigimarket. I admit I was a little skeptical. But I used the service to download Microsoft office professional and overall it went very smoothly and worked as advertised. I had one small problem which I emailed them about and they responded very quickly with a solution. I would use them again.

I purchased a Windows 11 Pro license, and shortly after placing the order received an email saying the order was received. I sent a request to the support address and did not receive a reply for 15 hours. In spite of the website saying orders are processed immediately, it took over three hours to receive the key.

I purchased the MS office 2024 LTSC standard software and received the download link and instruction via email within 5 mins. I had a problem installing it at first. Then I figured out how to install it buy signing out my MS account. When opening the Edge browser, there’s an app on the left site near the URL. It’s already has 365 Office loaded in. As such, I couldn’t uninstall or remove it. Only way to install is by signing out of MS account. Finally, it let me install the Office. Activating the software was quick & easy. The next day, staff sent me a follow email to ensure that I have no trouble installing and activating the Office. Great customer support and I am appreciative. Tony

Key has been used before so software is useless.
I emailed you for help with it but to date have not heard anything.

Very happy in the delivery of the product. (Office 2021). It was straight forward to install. I had to log into Microsoft Authentication website to get it license to authenticate.

Support staff was amazing. I had issues with downloading due to version of Windows and they walked me through everything. I just needed a PowerPoint License. I'm all set and ready to go thanks to the amazing support they gave me.

They sent me the Key for Microsoft Office 2021 (Mac) immediately. However, I had to download the software from Microsoft. It took more than an hour to get the software.

Purchased Office Suite 2019 that was downloaded from the Microsoft site. Installation was easy and seamless.
