I ordered Microsoft Office 2026 and promptly received the download with the activation key. After installing as directed the activation code wouldn't work as I was told it was already a registered activation key. Upon communications with Getdigimarket it was discovered that the code was indeed already used. I was supplied with a new activation key and it took and everything works perfectly now. Great customer service!

I purchased a copy of MS 2013 Office Pro because I have been using that version for a long time and it fits my daily needs. As advertised, the copy was delivered digitally via a download link with installation instructions. The download and installation went smoothly. After activation with provided product key code, I was up and running within a few hours, so I was totally satisfied.

This is my first time having a PC so bear with me, I didn’t know what to do or need so I made this purchase thanks to chat gpt, and it didn’t work at first but that was my fault, so I contacted support from them, and they are fast, friendly, and easy to work with, it didn’t work again but then their tech professionals reached out to me super quick with a solution, it’s super easy from a guy who knows no tech at all, thanks for the support!

Ordered MS office 2024 Standard. License key was in my inbox next morning. Downloaded from Microsoft and installed. I wasn't able to just type in the license key to activate -it was rejected. I had to use the Microsoft web activation tool which involved typing in 18 codes in all. (Of course I had a MS account to link to.) Activated. Great deal! All 5 programs work well.

The response I got to every question I had was answered promptly and professionally. I had some issue installing as my Mac did not recognize the sender, but they were very helpful in what to do on that respect. I highly recommend them for similar types of purchases.

I was skeptical about ordering from a company that I wasn't familiar with. There was a small issue with the links initially, but Getdigimarket customer service resolved the issue quickly. They addressed my questions and provided satisfactory answers quickly also. I hope there will be opportunities to use their services again.

Would have been 5 stars but for a slight problem with Windows 11 Pro key. Otherwise, the support staff was very responsive (given the time zone difference). Any problem was quickly remedied and things went great. I will consider buying from these guys in the future.
