Excellent service from start to finish, staff are quite exemplary in all that they do.
My pension growth is better than anticipated and much higher than forecasts.

Worse than England parking the Bus!
I get an email saying they will report me to The Pensions Regulator for late filings of pensions. At the same time the company brag about how great their integration is with Xero. When there isnt an employee that wants to pay into the scheme the integration sees it as missed.....on my side not theirs of course.....when actually there isnt a filing that shows a payment. Really basic error and poor software from these people. Bot support is terrible and frustrating. Always asking on every email to rate them. Well I have, your company, service and product are terrible and next April I will be looking to move on.

Easy app and smooth transfer
Really happy with Penfold so far. The app is easy to use and makes it simple to keep track of my pension, and transferring in from my previous provider was smooth and straightforward. Would recommend.

Sorry you totally messed up
Sorry you totally messed up with my direct debits.
I set one up and canceled it straight away. I then set one up from the correct account.
Imagine my shock when you took from both accounts. Your app didn’t show i still had aDD with the one i cancelled.
Very poor showing, especially as i couldn’t speak to anyone as you were all away on a jolly.

Bot based support is frustrating and useless
Trying to transfer a pension out of Penfold on Vanguard (it’s where I consolidate my pensions, the fund choices are wider and charges are much lower than Penfold)
Transferred many other pensions to Vanguard without problem but Penfold rejected the transfer because “the names don't match” - both companies have my correct name
Trying to get more detail than that seems impossible and their support bot is like a little child that wont listen and when it eventually does is incapable of providing a useful answer
I was only with Penfold because my employer chose them certainly wouldn’t choose then myself

Setting up a pension with Penfold was so easy; it took minutes, and they also handle finding old pensions. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and they even followed up if I didn't respond.
