First time ever ordering Mounjaro I was a bit nervous after hearing stories regarding taking videos etc but great explanation which made it easy. Delivered in 24 hours, extremely well packed will reuse the ice packs and mulch my roses with the wool packing.

I’m happy that they provide a really thorough screening with medical history and verified video of self and scale readings and as someone else mentioned they have clear pricing so you know what to expect. The dashboard is helpful for tracking and monitoring and ordering. I’m into my third month, no side effects, small and steady weight loss happening. When you reorder they check on your mental health and remind you of pregnancy risks, which I appreciate. The packaging is excellent for keeping meds cold and for discretion. Very happy so far.

Great service. Fast and easy process. Highly recommend . If there was one suggestion I would make it is re the app - A log in on the home page would be helpful rather than going up the menu and somewhere with updates on the orders in clear view. I was guided through chat to find updates under “your orders” but i only saw the invoice. It may just be me but I thought this was just the invoice and didn’t think to look there. A push notification would have let me know the status. The chat section was helpful though so thank you for the guidance

After a really bad experience when trying a new supplier, I was very wary, after all, it's a significant sum of money to potentially lose.
I spent some time checking out the reviews, but I admit, I was still very nervous.
I didn't need to worry. I placed my order on a Friday evening on a bank holiday weekend, so probably not the best of times.
On checking the status, I was a little confused with what "Ready for RM" meant, so I emailed them on Tuesday morning.
A very short time later I received a very friendly response explaining RM was Royal Mail - my order was awaiting collection!
I must reiterate, this was my first order with GWL, so all the information they asked for was accepted, an upward change of dose approved and the order prescribed without issue.
Free delivery is a huge bonus in comparison with my previous supplier, along with a considerable saving compared to the my previous supplier.
The online consultation was very straightforward, and all the required uploads went through smoothly.
I received tracking information and took delivery of my order this afternoon. The box, despite being protected, was a bit battered, but the Kwikpen is undamaged.
I decided to place a further order for the scales (great value at £14.99). A minor glitch in the order process meant I needed to email for support, and once again, the response was pretty much immediate and helpful.
I am definitely very happy with the service provided by GWL, and the customer service is excellent.
