I've had no issues with my weight loss medication from this company. Easy to re-order, consistently cheaper than the competitors so no need to shop around. They don't bombard me with emails, so I just log-on once a month and re-order without worrying. Delivery is fast and packaged well. Will continue with getweightloss.co.uk probably forever!

Hassle free although Royal Mail are a letdown

Great experience with getweightloss.co.uk I had some difficulty uploading the supporting document and video but they kindly emailed me and guided me through it , this wasn’t an issue with them it was me who couldn’t get the video angles right , after that it’s been completely seamless . My order was very well packaged and sent out promptly, fast delivery and very competitive prices which saves me time trawling the internet for the latest deals and voucher codes as some places are charging £130+ for the same product/doses . Just ordered my second Wegovy pen and it was as simple as clicking re-order , select dosage & pay . I will keep purchasing from here if the prices remain as good as they are

I stay with this company because they do several things really well. Firstly they keep their prices consistently competitive so there is no need to shop around. Secondly, the reordering is really easy without having to go through masses of questions. Finally, they ship really quickly, and the medicine is really well packaged with wool to keep it cool and ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Highly recommend them.

Check your BMI first before paying this company as they will gladly take your money then decline your application because you dont meet their criteria! Then to top it off the refund takes 10 days to come back into your account.
This should of been declined as soon as I put my weight and height in but quickly took my payment, and takes them two days to come back via email declining my application - fuming ! They also have a video of myself and my driving licence details which you have to provide after payment to finalise the application- feel like I've sold my soul - stay away from this company !

Then I checked price, GetWeightLoss indeed offer competitive price and no delivery fee 👍

Once order placed, process is straightforward, they accept various payment methods including American Express 👍

As a regulated industry, they need compliant RGPC regulations, therefore they require ID check, Medical declaration, Photos and videos etc, just like all other legal pharmacies, This is good as they are responsible for providing medication and service, most importantly for patients safety 👍 I ordered twice, both orders approval is fast and delivery is fast too 👍

Now they supply 5 needles instead of 4 previously which is good as needles can fail sometimes, they received feedback from customers, and they listened and improved which is good 👍

However after read few negative reviews on trustpilot, the negative reviews are irrelevant to me, it does not affect my positive experience with GetWeightLoss, but I think GetWeightLoss replies can be a little bit diplomatic or articulate to manage negative reviews better here.

Very easy to transfer from my previous provider. They required a simple head to toe recording including stepping on the weighing scales, proof of ID and a photo of my previous prescription/box

Ordered on Monday evening, medication was despatched on Tuesday and arrived well-packaged with ice and wool by 10:30 am on Wednesday.

I have found GWL to be entirely cost effective, I am still able to access medication at a reasonable price. Orders are generally received the next working day which is super convenient. I receive regular emails which allow me to stay up to date. Likewise, I have had 2 phones calls to go over my orders, medical history, symptoms etc to ensure that using the pens is safe for me! Overall a great service and I will continue ordering with GWL.

I switched to this company from another online company whose prices where very high and right now I think most people are watching the pennies. I didn’t want to have to keep switching companies frequently either to get the best price. I get the same Mountjaro pens, needles and alcohol wipes as the other company who charged a lot more. Postage is reliable and it’s posted 24 hour post with Royal Mail. They now have an app to log your weight and injections. Faultless and I hope this continues.
