I moved to GWL having already started and finished weight loss treatment and wanted to restart after an operation.
Even after the rise in costs I still feel the price is very good and the service is great too. I feel like I’m in safe hands.

Also it’s worth noting that the process to get weight loss medication is a lot more regulated and for this I knew it was right for me.

I applied online for Wegovy. The process was very straightforward and response was swift as was the delivery of my prescription. This has not been my experience elsewhere so I was delighted. Many thanks.

I have just ordered my 2nd pen on my weight loss journey. I have to admit that I was really impressed by how thorough they were before “taking me on “ as a customer. The video, the questions etc., I thought were well thought out and gave me confidence that I was making the right decision by going with this online pharmacy. I dropped a star because of the post. I was notified that my first pen was shipped ( on its way) I knew it had to be refrigerated and had a cold pack, however it did not arrive when expected. I had to advise the pharmacy that the package had not arrived. I was advised that because it was cold arriving a day or two later the medication would be fine. I hope that the medication I have just ordered will arrive within the time scale of 24 to 48 hours as advised in the email confirmation.

BEWARE , I started the process for weight loss this morning, but didn’t get as far as uploading the videos and photos, and they say that your application won’t be complete until you do this, so I was under the impression that as my application was not complete they wouldn’t charge me. WRONG…. During the application process of form filling I decided I needed more time to consider, so I went straight onto the chat line and requested they not process the application only to find that there is a ten pound cancellation fee which is applied the second you’ve given your card details, they swipe the money before you can blink and before you’ve even been approved. Shocking experience and they obviously don’t mind being underhand in their dealings with vulnerable people. Is it not obvious that the process is NOT explained clearly if several people experience the exact same issue. Quote the hidden small print if you like but it only goes to demonstrate the priority is to grab money, not provide a fair customer experience.

Ive tried a few different pharmacies with promo codes before trying Getweightloss. Ill be on my third order of 15mg soon and each time my medication has been prescribed and delivered promptly.
Delivery is included and needles. Alcohol wipes are not but you can order them very cheaply(amazon). Im not sure if GWL sell them though
Using the website is simple and they have responded next day to enquiries.
I will continue ordering from this company unless weight loss clinic decide to prescribe me through NHS ??

Earlier this week, I ordered a weight loss treatment for myself and was impressed by the fantastic service—the fastest I’ve ever experienced from an online pharmacy. They charge your card before asking for every scrap of information about you including a convoluted video that I've not had to do with other suppliers. They offer you no way to cancel useless you pay a fee. Bury all this in dense T&C's. Shady avoid.
