I made a song for my boyfriend of 13 years and I thought I may not have been detailed enough in my answers but the song could not have more perfect. I was pleasantly surprised. I was so happy with it that when me and my boyfriend broke up I had a song made for myself and when I was feeling down and defeated I would listen to it and I felt like I could get through anything.

I love it, very happy. Next time I would add more information to personalize it more. But very happy.

I requested a love song for our 15thwedding anniversary, and mentioned my hubby's many accomplishments that made him the wonderful man he is. The song came a few days later, and we both cried when we listened. A few weeks later, I asked them to change the voicing, and they did a wonderful job making it a duet, which was even better than I thought. Thank you so much!

What an amazing song, it was written for my Godfather for his birthday and captures all the details that I asked to be included. Listening to it left me emotional and I cannot wait until I play it to him.

I ordered my song and told them to use my husband's name and it was lovely but regretted using the name so I asked them if they could change without his name and they did within hours. I have to say they were truly amazing, because of me they had to change the song twice and they were so accommodating. I truly love what I ended up with, I'm so excited to give it to my hubby on our anniversay next month, I know he will love it.My parents are celebrating their 60th anniversary and I am writing down all their important days so I am ready for their song on their anniversary. Best ever.

They clearly did not read my brief as they didn’t even use the correct vocal. I asked for a female singing and got a male. I asked for specific words to be mentioned and specific words not to be, and they did the opposite. I asked for a revision which was done but totally missed the Christmas deadline so I couldn’t use the song in the way I had planned. I have been asking for a refund since that day and it is now nearly FOUR months and I am still waiting. I keep going backwards and forwards with them and have told them that they offer a money back satisfaction guarantee- what they offer is a standard copy and paste response email every time to say they have reached out to the relevant ‘department’ and are waiting for a response. Load of rubbish. Don’t use.
