Driver swearing at my children 12yrs old. I drove separately with other kids. When driver arrived I asked why he was swearing at my kids. At which point he told me to f##k off. And tried to drive off. I banged on his window to stop. At which point he jumped out & threw a punch at my face. Gladly I ducked & it missed. All in front of my 8yr old daughter & 12yr old son. Who's birthday it was. He spoiled it. Also both front tyres on people carrier were totally bald. How will he stop in the rain? A danger to customers and other road users. He was dirty looking with dirty greasy long hair, & looked very dishevelled as if last night clothes on. Looked very dirty & untidy. I will not be using domino's again. & I've always used them. Pity. I used them from start up in castlemilk but don't know why they need angry drivers like that. Plus he needs a good wash & haircut. Avoid avoid.

On their website they advertise airport pick ups and that they offer a professional service. This is NOT the case. I strongly advise you to avoid this company.

I pre-booked a 6 seater taxi to pick up 3 adults and 3 children from Glasgow Airport to East Kilbride. I used their app to book and I added a note in the booking to say that there would be two suitcases and some hand luggage. The taxi turned up but the 6th seat had to be folded down,( to store the two suitcases) and the youngest child had to sit on their mothers knee to travel.
The pre booked fare quoted was £55 and the actual fare debited to my account was almost £68. The driver went via M8 then M77 instead of M8 then M74.
I phoned the next morning to complain about the car providedand the fact that they overcharged. In response I was met with a very aggressive and rude female call handler, who said that they did not get the pre-booked order through, until 5 minutes before allocating a driver and that they paid no attention to any notes added on the app. In addition,she said that a 6 seater taxi, picking up at a AIRPORT did not take luggage.I think it is fair to say that most people being picked up at an airport will have some luggage!!
I would definitely not recommend this company,the service is poor,they overcharge on the fare quoted their app is useless and their customer service and call handlers are extremely rude and unhelpful.
I would not even give them 1 star if I had the option.

Massive 10/10 to Glasgo Cabs! Your driver who asked my son to get out his car as he had taken another job was completely unacceptable. To leave my autistic 12 year old standing at the complete opposite side of the city was a complete joke and very dangerous! Just a matter of weeks ago a teen was killed in the city center and every other day there’s stories about children being attacked in Glasgow and your driver had the audacity to leave my autistic child 6 miles away from where he stays and your excuses are “we do not allow 12 year olds to ride with us” yet have done so with my son from October 2024, and you’s know how old my son is as Iv made multiple complaints about your drivers taking my son on a hour long joy ride when it takes 20/30 mins to get to our home. What yous done to my son is disgusting and dam right dangerous!! I am beyond angry and this isn’t going to be the last yous will be hearing about this! I had to leave a clients half way through and Took me nearly 40 mins to get to my child who was left standing alone on the southside - PARENTS DO NOT USE GLASGOW CABS FOR YOUR CHILDREN!!! 😡😡😡

Going to a GDA event today and I had Joseph pick me up, what a lovely friendly guy, PVG checked which all drivers should be. He worked with adults/children with additional support needs and I appreciate that as that's what I have.

Coming home from the event today, been picked up by Mashid (Asian guy, black hair with glasses, grey trousers, black long sleeve jumper, cream gilet, friendly but quiet not so chatty) the odd bit here and there, confirmed my name and address. Which I agree with. Thank you to Glasgo Cabs for these drivers today (positive feedback) from a genuine person. 😁🐝☀️
I know yous get more bad reviews rather than good ones.

Phoned a cab. Anniesland Glasgow. It sat near my address. Waited a minute for it to come along. I walked to the cab. Once I got in he drove off and said it might be £7 or £8...??? Usually it's no more than £5. Got home. Sat in house. Text comes through that I was a "no show".i phoned Company. Explained I was certainly a show. Turns out driver trying a fast one to pocket all the cash and not pay the company at my expense. Never again will I use this company. Who are these terrible "drivers"? how is it possible to check out these guys driving who are clearly not the full shilling.This is a dangerous mob because they take them on to drive but they have no background history on them. In fact I say it is very dangerous to go in one of these cabs. Yes they pre tell you the registration number and the colour of the car but as you saw here, the company had no idea, I was actually in this cab, as the driver lied and said I was a no show. Keep away.

We’re do I start what a let down a female on her own and seatbelt was broke driver took offence and threw me iut pitch black between Costa coffe southside across from b&q screamed in my face told me to not answer back picked the wrong female and eventually let me out called to complained and telephonist was as rude as the driver says all you need to know told me I was barred and really doing me a favour do not use theyr rude and incompetent of customer service will never use this company again

Horrible all the time . Never clean taxis sometimes wet seats rude drivers and sometimes asking money upfront

I was quoted £13 approx and choose this co on that basis. The driver ignored my challenge of going a longer route on several routes occasions. When challenged on the over £3 increase in price, his English was poor and he had no explanation or offer of solution. I called the company and was totally dismissed and talked over and then cut off. I have raised with the local authority to seek reimbursement of the overcharge and action by the enforcement team against the company for the clear fraud and extortion that seems to be their routine practice.

Well where do I start went to get in to the cab and this outrageous seed ball driver demanded 25 pounds for a 10 pound journey, then he proceeded to ask me inappropriate questions then when I told him I was lgbtq he slagged me for my weight and sexuality, then reported it to call handler and he also got strange and asked me if I wanted to get weird with a mix pakora but without mushrooms, and I fkn love mushrooms, so for this reason I will not be back

Worst service ever most of the operators are hopeless 2nd or 3rd time failed to book my cab. Ruined my plans I had.

Called to complain about one of their drivers who was driving so dangerous on the motorway he nearly crashed into my family..the call handler was unsympathetic and wasn't interested I explained we could have been killed ..no sorry or anything just said all the police ..his attitude was stinking

Waiting at the taxi rank outside glasgow central from 1am, finally the que got down to me where the available taxi refused to take me to my destination unless I paid £50 cash upfront. Refused to put the meter on.
Got the next taxi and it cost £20 including a tip.
Why are taxi drivers allowed to do this that turn up at taxi ranks?

Last Thursday 27 Feb 2025 I took the taxi from Moss Park for my work.
Taxi came in time, driver (Owen) was very courteous and engaging and said that he is doing this for almost twenty years. He dropped me at my work around five pm as this was his last call.
When I left my work and came home around eight pm I had no keys and realised I must have left in the taxi I took.
I phoned the Taxi office, explained the circumstances and the lady agreed to contact the driver. After two minutes she told me that the driver (Owen) has got your keys and away to drop them at your House. He returned the keys to me within two minutes for which I am very appreciative of Glasgow Taxis and in specific Owen for his professionalism, honesty and the cooperation I received.

I got a taxi from glasgocabs. It picked me up from work (a project for vulnerable females). I asked the driver if I could pay by card, he replied "yeah, if you're nice". I ignored this comment. The Kingston Bridge was mobbed, so we went through town (fair enough). The driver asked if I wanted to go to the Savoy. I told him no, I just wanted to get home. He then replied "awww, you don't want to go dancing" I ignored him & he didn't say anything else. The driver was driving through streets I didn't recognise, (possibly looking for a quicker route), but due to his comments & how he said it, me being alone with him in his car with the doors locked, I started to feel uneasy, scared & was imagining what could happen.
I complained to Glasgow Council Taxi Enforcement who advised the driver wasn't licensed in Glasgow & could not investigate further.
I contacted the manager of glasgocabs who informed me the driver was licensed with East Renfrewshire. This sounds like a loophole for the driver to avoid being investigated, disciplined or charged if any crime has been committed.
The manager said the driver has never done anything like that before, (the manager was hardly impartial) & suggested I use another Taxi company.

Cost from Cardonald to GLA airport turned out to be more than double the estimate quoted on the app !!

The driver refused to take us and lied to the taxi base that my girlfriend was getting sick on herself. I discovered that the driver had lied when I called them to complain and book a new taxi.
Obviously I contacted customer service who basically told me that I was lying and their driver was telling the truth. It’s not hard to see why this company has terrible reviews. I recommend Glasgow Taxis who took us to our destination 10 minutes later, no questions asked.

I booked a taxi using the app - as always, with the same credit card details, never had any issues and today was no different. I got home, and immediatly received a call from glasgocabs telling me the payment hadnt gone through, and the taxi driver was coming back and i was to make a payment to him.

At first im surprised by this because on my app, everything is process, ive received a receipt for my journey....so the phone call doesnt make sense.

Anyway, things happen, so i asked the person on the phone to send me something in writing to state that the payment hadnt gone through and to make another payment - but he refused, saying he has no way to send an email....

So im in a situation where my bank, the taxi app and the taxi receipt all see a successful payment, and the person on the phone threatening me that i wont get picked up again until the account is cleared.
And get this, the payment the taxi company is taking from me is more than the fare.....

Someone please explain to me, how i am accused of not paying, being threatend with not being picked up again, got a receipt for a payment, and then the taxi company takes a higher amount out my acc than the fare! If i see a payment taken more than the taxi fare on my receipt my bank will be dealing with this, so i would ask that this is amended before that happens.

After reading reviews I was a bit hesitant about booking a cab to take us to airport but the driver was early and got us there in plenty of time
I received a text confirming booking and a text in morning saying driver was on his way

I ordered a taxi from Lancefield Quay to Holiday Inn Glasgow Airport on Friday evening. The driver arrived promptly and Kalid was polite and friendly. The estimate was £15.50 and I was charged £32.00. I advised the driver as we approached the hotel that he could drop us off without any charge at the hotel entrance as I had checked with the hotel in advance but he continued and dropped us at the drop off point at the airport, presumably incurring a drop off charge. I phoned them and emailed as advised but didn’t get a reply.
