Jess was so kind and uplifting while sharing information on what was included and how to get started. She was very knowledgeable in answering any questions I had, a great first impression!

Jack, my trip coordinator, was friendly, helpful, and explained everything really well at our initial phone call. Made me feel confident and excited for my trip. I feel like I'm good hands. I appreciate that Jack was flexible with the timing of the call and reached out when I couldn't make the time initially scheduled.

Extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I am due to travel to Australia in just two weeks for six months, yet I still have no confirmed job arrangements despite paying the company to help organise this experience.

Communication has been poor, and from the beginning, I have felt that I have continually been asked for more money without sufficient clarity about what I was paying for. This has left me feeling misled and taken advantage of.

As an 18-year-old girl travelling alone, I trusted this company to help make the experience organised and secure. Instead, I have been left feeling anxious, vulnerable and unsupported, with very little reassurance so close to my departure.

I expected professionalism, transparency and clear communication, especially when paying for a service that is supposed to help organise such a major life experience. Unfortunately, my experience so far has fallen far below these expectations.

I hope the company takes responsibility for the way it communicates with and treats its customers, as no one should be left feeling this uncertain just weeks before travelling abroad.
