Ready to help when I needed it

Kayla was amazing from the very start of the process to my trip to France. She helped in many ways of my process in getting my documents completed. Some weren’t easy to get smoothly in the state of California but Kayla pulled through and researched the best for me to complete them. She always checked up on me through texts and calls of updates and was very supportive and understanding! Kayla was great, I’m excited to move forward and meet my host family!!

One star to too generous. I’ve tried calling them maybe 20 times in the past 4 days, left 3 voicemail messages with no return call. Actually spoke to a person on one occasion and she said the person I wanted to speak to would call me back. Still waiting for that to happen! My complaint revolves around a refund that was promised but not surprisingly hasn’t been forthcoming as they fraudulently accessed money from a bank account. I seriously doubt if they actually have anyone working the phones for them!
Customer service is absolutely non existent.
As far as my experience goes they are nothing but a bunch of scammers.
Stay away from the company!!
