The replacement combi boiler fitted
The replacement combi boiler fitted well, it is more efficient, the pipework is neat and water warms up quickly and stays hot.

Excellent boiler and the heating…
Excellent boiler and the heating engineer was brilliant nothing to much trouble and pipe work is so neat and tidy ,with 10 years warranty, would highly recommend Glowworm

It's a great product.
It's a great product.
My energy usage has plummeted, as my old system was way past it's life.
This boiler is fast, quiet and water pressure remains high.

I have a Glowworm boiler for 19 years
I have a Glowworm boiler for 19 years, which never needed a part and never broke down. I decided to replace it in case it did and I was in trouble getting parts. I chose another Glowworm, finally found a fitter who worked with them and not a well-known rival. The swap was done in a day, seems excellent so far, is silent (where the other was was quiet) and I am hopeful of another 19 years!!! Fitter registered the boiler and completed all the paperwork. Seamless.

Efficient worker. Punctual. Tidy.
The only thing I wasn't impressed with was trying to use the remote. The instructions need to be clearer.
