It has been working very well since installation so very pleased so far.One is not even conscious that it is working.I can`t comment on the central heating as the weather has been too warm/hot to use it.The person who installed was excellent in every respect and left every thing very tidy.Certainly I would recommend the boiler.

Brilliant little boiler

Glow-Worm Boiler is so easy to work this is my first ever experience with a boiler so I was a little nervous when it came to using it. Fantastic in all aspects.

No hot water for days
I've been without hot water for days. Every time te Gloworm engineer is due he doesn't turn up. Then I call them and they say, "It's been cancelled". No apology, no explanation.

having had no contact with Glow Worm I cannot comment on them however I can state that my installer was first class and the Glow Worm boiler is working well and doing all it is expected to do

The guys who fitted my Glow/worm were excellent so professional. I was dreading having workmen I the house , but they were so quick and they cleaned up so well . It was definitely not stressful.
