Was quick and simple to book, I just don't agree with being charged £2.49 booking fee.

We understand that nobody enjoys paying a booking fee. It helps cover the cost of running the booking platform, payment processing and the customer support available if anything needs changing or resolving. For anglers who book regularly, Catch Lite also removes booking fees.

Amazing customer support
Needed a refund as a lake I booked had closed due to low water levels, unfortunate really. However the customer service was excellent, they were quick to act and effectively handled it. Took maximum two hours over email, very easy process.

Took my lad for a 12hr session here
Took my lad for a 12hr session here, what a beautiful place, very clean and well kept. Lovely scenery and so peaceful, I sat and enjoyed the scenery and picnic while he enjoyed his day fishing. And what a great day he had, a quiet start but it soon picked up and he had plenty in the net. We will definately be back again. The Booking experience was so easy, there's a toilet which is an absolute bonus for us ladies would highly recommend.

Love being able to book on venues and…
Love being able to book on venues and check them out before going! I also like that they have updates on the venue with regards to closures for spawning etc! Has made going fishing for a weekend much more enjoyable, knowing that there’s a spot for you!

Changing my peg/Swim
Catch customer care review, I wanted to make an adjustment to my booking on the peg that I’d chosen. I made sure the new peg was free on the app submitted the request and it was changed in minutes. Checked all the details on the app and confirmed with the booking team. Very helpful and a prompt response. 👍🏻

Booking was a real chaff
Booking was a real chaff.
Eventually got everything booked. Received a note from you saying a gate lock key code will be forwarded. Nothing arrived. Rang the fishery to be told there is no gate and therefore no lock .
Interesting.

Hi Ron, sorry to hear you found the booking process a bit of a faff.
Just to clear up the gate code point, our booking confirmation explains that a code will only be sent where the fishery operates with one. These are normally issued the day before arrival, as some venues change their codes regularly and anglers can book well in advance.
In this case, the fishery doesn’t have a gate or code, so there was nothing further to send. We can understand how the wording may have caused some confusion though, and we appreciate you raising it with us.
