First rate treatment with fantastic vision!
The service I received from beginning to end was excellent, from the initial consultation to aftercare. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional.
The procedure itself was completely painless with a magnificent result. It has far exceeded my expectations.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Optice Express to anyone.
For info I attended Milton Keynes for consultation, Westfield for the surgery and Northampton for my aftercare. Thank you to everyone at Optical Express.

Your glasses were shipped on time. Unfortunately due to holiday season United States Postal Service was behind and your glasses did not arrive on the estimated date. At gooddens.com we pride ourselves in shipping our products in a timely fashion, but during the holiday season there can be some delays.

When packages are shipped internationally they have to go through customs. Your package is at the sorting facility in Chile. After we send a package and it is recieved in another country it is out of our hands as to how quickly your country gets it to you. It was sent on November 30th USPS first class mail and was recieved at Chiles sorting facility on December 7th. A tracking number was emailed to you when it was shipped. We always provide a tracking number with our orders so our customers can follow them. I hope this answers your question and we can continue to provide you with high quality glasses at great prices. great price, selection and service
This is the second pair of Ray Bans I have bought from Gooddens. The first was about 10 years ago and that pair recently broke. I bought the same pair again and although the price had gone up, Goodden's was still a lot cheaper even than Amazon. And the shipping was free. They have a great selection of Ray Bans and I was surprised to see that Ray Ban now offers the Clubmaster (the only style I have worn for 20 years because it is too, too cool) in a wide assortment of color options. Goodden's has them too. When my wife decides to buy some good sunglasses, or if I buy another pair, we will go to Goodden's first.

Priceless, Devoted Customer Service!
I've purchased several pairs of Ray Ban sunglasses from Goodden's over the past two years but my latest order was more unusual. I ordered my favorite pair of polarized sunglasses & the order confirmation was send out that evening. The very next day I got a call from Joanne, letting me know that the color frame I ordered was discontinued in with the polarized lenses I wanted. Because I already have 2 pairs of the other color offered, I explained how I really needed the black frame with the polarized lens & was so disappointed. Joanne came up with a great idea - that I order the black frames with non-polarized lenses but she'd have their optician put in polarized lenses for just a small upcharge. Once she brought this option to my attention, I also ordered replacement polarized lenses for the scratched tortoise frames I've owned for years! Got a great deal & the most amazing customer service from such a caring, dedicated woman. Can't wait to receive my order & you can bet I'll refer all my friends to Goodden's. Thanks Joanne!
