Goodden's Optical Avis 

Got item as ordered excellent quality.Was shipped one week later than what was info on the earlier email

I had a pair of these sunglasses many years ago. Someone stole them from me and I was not able to find another pair until recently. Actually I just used my old ones until they fell apart, the Avaitors. I recently started looking for these and found them at a few sites. I bought these from Gooden's for a better price than most and I just felt that this was a good company to deal with. Yes I like everything about these sunglasses.

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is due to the time it took to ship them. I placed my order and soon got a message saying they were coming from overseas and would take 7 to 10 days to reach gooddens before the could ship to me. Their communication regarding this and offer to refund if I didn't want to wait was good customer service, I'm happy

Pricing was great. Selection was great. Shipping was faster than stated in the confirmation. Very satisfied!!

I had an initial issue with Goodens, but thanks to their outstanding customer service all is forgiven! The sunglasses I wanted were in stock, but there was only one pair left and they ended having a flaw. They were pulled and the item was reordered on a rush basis. The customer service rep (Joanne) was very responsive and went out of her way to make things right. If you too experience a hiccup, be patient and Goodens will come through with flying colors.

There was a great variety of sunglasses to choose from and were very reasonably priced. The sunglasses were a present and were very well received. We got them in time for the event even though we waited til the last minute to order. I would definitely order from Gooden's again.

I have recently moved but I changed my address on the Gooddens.com website before placing my order. I also used my new address as the ship to and credit card reference address and my package still shipped to my old address. No one was able to tell me why. I have my mail forwarded and the tracking number said it would be forwarded so I waited. After 5 days I called the post office and they said even with the forward it kept coming back to them at my old address. I ended up taking the 45 mile round trip to my old post office to pick up my package because I didn't want to wait the 15 days for the post office to send it back then have it re-shipped to the right address.

This is the 4th Pair yes ...fourth pair of RAY BANS FOR US.. my wife just got a pair of Semi wraparound Tortoise Framed Polarized . Fit good and look good and arrived in Calgary very quickly in the POST. Thanks Goodens for being a great supplier.

Shipping took a while cause the frame was back ordered, but the price and quality were excellent.
