Not one issue. Got my product in no time at all All packaged well no Issues. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered Ray Ban sunglasses online and they were in stock and do to ship in 1-3 days. When I did not receive a tacking number 3 days I contacted customer service. The rep I spoke to checked into the matter and the glasses did not ship do to defect in glasses and a new pair had to be ordered. I was told by customer rep that the glasses would be shipped as soon as they came in. The next business day the glasses came in and the rep contacted me to let me know the glasses were shipped. But I did not receive a tracking number so I figure great here we go again. The glasses came the next day as they were sent overnight shipping! I cannot say enough about how respectful the customer rep was as there goal was to please the customer at all times and kept me updated. THANK YOU JOANNE

If i need a pair of high end sun glasses at a reasonable price. I would use and recommend Goodden's.

Quick service and good prices

After purchasing several models of Persol sunglasses from Goodden's, I ordered Persol optical frames with prescription lenses. The transaction was smooth and enjoyable. Joanne was perfectly patient with my questions, and very responsive via email. The finished product was perfect, and about half the cost I'd pay at my local shop. Boy!!!Was this the absolutely best experience I ever had with an on line order, the helmet I ordered I forgot to tell them what color I wanted, within a half of an hour they emailed me asking what color I wanted, then they were out of the color I wanted the lady said ,she could give me any youth helmet for the same price, so I picked one and it was here in the Middle of Montana in 2 days, even express shipping usually takes 3 days. I have never had this kind of service. I commend you .Thanks for great service .And your web sight was so easy to use.

I have made several purchases of Ralph by Ralph Lauren Aviatiors (RA4004) from Goddens. I have been very impressed with their service, at times receiving them in Australia before other orders I'd placed from Australian companies. Good value too!

I had a problem with my order and when this problem was recognized, Goodens' not only took accountability, but corrected the order and did so with expedited processing, over-night delivery and no charge or inconvenience (other than the delay) to me. I would have no problem at all in dealing with them again.

I ordered Ray-ban aviators for my son and was concerned I wouldn't receive them in time to send to him, but I received my order within just a few days, packaged well, no problems with the order. I'm very happy with this company.

I was able to buy my Ray-Ban shooters much cheaper than I could have here in Santa Fe. I could not even find them here. Only Aviators. I will tell everyone that needs glassed to use Gooddens. Thank You for wonderful service!
