Goodden's Optical Avis 

I had been looking for a particular pair of sunglasses. I searched the internet and found the best deal on the pair that I wanted from Goodden's Optical. I placed my order and within just a few days my new glasses were delivered. I love them!!!!

I ordered sunglasses and at the last minute I had questions about shipping/delivery time. Gooddens were able to answer all of my questions and relieve all of my concerns.

Finding glasses locally made me realize how expensive they are. When Costco said they're willing to install lenses, I ordered the glasses I found at Lenscrafters for 1/2 the price and when I factored in the lenses at Costco, These $300 glasses ended up costing me $179. the glasses came by USPS (I would have preferred UPS or Fed Ex) and were packed very well. They came with a case and cloth so nothing lost by ordering from Goodden's

I placed my order July 14, 2013, and as for today, July 25, I have not received my sunglasses!

Everything was perfect!

I had my doubts about ordering sunglasses online. The price almost seemed too good to be true, and I was worried about counterfeit product. But I ordered the sunglasses and the product shipped right away. The product came in the same box I saw at the retail stores and looks to be authentic. I'm very happy with my purchase and would order from Goodden's again.

I ordered ten days ago.
The amount was deducted from my credit card a week ago.
And now a week later I am still trying to get them to ship my order. I will not be at this address much longer and if it is not shipped immediately it will go to no one - out in space, and I paid for it a week ago.
What they say and what they do are different things. They promise this or that and do nothing.
Customer service needs to learn the english language if they intend to communicate with english speaking people.
I am hoping that I can get my money back if they can't or don't ship for some reason. By all appearances it is a fly-by-night company.

The Ray Bans are just what i ordered. They came promptly and are in good shape.

I never got my package to my billing or shipping address. They sent it to my billing address instead of shipping and I never got my glasses! I want my money back!

Ordered a pair of Ray Ban Sidestreets to replace the ones I sadly lost on a hiking trail. They arrived in what seemed like minutes. Lickety split, no hassle.

i ordered a pair of rayban last friday, and i was not able to receive a confirmation from the courrier if they have received it or not, i sent an email to their customer service and joanne promptly responded giving me the tracking number, and she also provided information on the curent location of my order.. very good customer service and will definitely order from them again for my husband soon...

Placed my order on a Thursday morning was worried they wouldn't arrive in time for Fathers Day which was 10 days away. To my surprise they arrived that Saturday- 2 days later. I would absolutely buy from them again.

The process was quick and efficient. I would order from here again because I got my product within a week of ordering it
