Timely service but one lens had permanent imperfection in it
Imperfections may be the reason Goodens can sell at a discount. I ordered the L or large; not sure I was shipped that correctly either; does not fit the same as the L I tried on at the mall. Price is exceptional and savings may be worth not getting the perfect pair.

Hey no need to settle for less! We want you to be totally satisfied so if you're product is defective, please return it and we'll be happy to replace it. Return shipping is free on the first item, so please contact Customer Service and let us help you out.
As to the size, look on the temple and you should see the number 55 near the model number and color number. That is the large size on the RB2132. The small size is 52.
Great deal, took a little for delivery but product was bang on!
Delivered in two weeks which was decent for living in Canada, maybe it just seemed to take longer from the anticipation, nonetheless the product was fantastic and the deal on the ray bans I got was great! Would definitely recommend this site!!

I wanted to replace a pair of Ray Ban RB2132 Wayfarer sun glasses that was stolen 2 weeks after I got them from Goodden's. Completelty distraght, I called the company to replace them and the sale price was over and I'm kinda broke. The cool chick (although probably my mom's age) that I talked to was really sympathetic and clalmed me out of my frustration over the situation. She then offered me the sales price AND free shipping. I'm a customer forever and have told my friends and family this is the place for glasses.
Do'nt remember the woman's name but she was incredibly helpful. I have a feeling the whole company is this way.

I would definitly recommend Gooden's to a friend.Theirwebsite is easy to navigate.Prices along with free shipping is out of this world. The same sunglasses that I purchased would have ended up costing me $50-$60 more in the greater Buffalo NY area. I was quite impressed with an Email from Joanne letting me know that my order had shipped and as soon as a tracking number was available I would be notified .And true to her word I was notified sooner then I expected.I have been buying Ray Bans for many years

my recent purchase of the new squared clubmasters was everything I expected and more. dealing with gooddens optical was a very pleasant experience with good customer communications, timely delivery and the sunglasses were exactly as they were described.I would recommend using gooddens for your optical needs.

Great product, great price.
We bought our son some Ray-Bans from Goodden's. The price was great and the product was just as advertised. The customer service was excellent. The only thing I wish was that they offered the choice of expedited shipping. Other than that, I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for optical products.

Sunglasses mis-routed
I ordered sunglasses, Godden's kept me in the loop while waiting for the order to ship. The link they sent me tells me my sunglasses were delivered but they weren't delivered to me. I contacted the customer service department and they cannot give me any more information, not even the name of the person who signed for them. They said to contact the post office who gave me the same info. I don't have the glasses that were apparently delivered six days ago and I have no idea, other than disputing the charge through Mastercard, what my options are.
Updated; Found out where they were shipped to from Joanne. I went to the house and asked for them. Thank goodness they were honest. Glasses are great.

I found these in a store for almost 200$ and thought I would get on line to find them cheaper and found this sight! They were exactly as described! I have had them for about 1 week and really like them!
