Dry bread sandwiches, nearly an hour before they came for 7 of us arrived after complaining. Cheese scones dry, ran out of prawns the whole experience was dreadful. The same thing happened when I took my daughter there dry bread, surely kitchen staff should know how to store bread so it is soft, very disappointing will not be going there for food again.

The varieties of plants
The varieties of plants, the help of a man with regards to Basket plants. Also the girl at the Checkout with glasses on I think,wasn't too pleasant. I noticed one plant was not looking great, she said will I change it? I said please, of she went came back with the same plant, said it was OK. No it wasn'the stem of the plant was broke. She came back with the same plant. The broken part removed.
I hope I don't have this person serving me again.
I will take more care in choosing plants in future. The Cafe is lovely and the Twix cake is so moreish.

Although after ordering I was advised that the two seed packs I had ordered were out of stock….the refund came very quickly. So although I was disappointed at not getting my seeds, the process was painless.
