Website allowed me to order and pay for an item that was out of stock. Very disappointed as the item was a gift. Refunded next day but annoying it wqs able to happen.

Lovely garden centre. Nothing to much trouble. Plants are excellent and so are the staff. The check out assistant Kathryn always has a laugh with us with a cheerful demeanor. Excellent all round.

Took longer to arrive than expected. Tracking was not updated, even after I downloaded the Shop app as requested. When the vouchers did finally arrive, they were dirty and not very nice to present as a gift for someone. Wouldn't buy again.
