I changed my mind...
I started having bad opinion on package delivery, as I ordered product on April 4th and did not received anything on April 21st. I sent email to customer service, but their reply finished as junk email, so never noticed they tried to contact me. Stephanie from customer support called me on 23th and told me package was lost at postal office. They just send another package by Fedex with a tracking number. Thanks to Stephanie from customer service :)

Packaging is Terrible
The packaging on every product I have seen is terrible. The inserts when existing come broken, seals leak and many times arrive open. Terrible quality control, products are filled to obvious different levels especially the liquid products.

Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service! As well they charge 500% more for their products at airports than online and refuse to aknowledge the difference!!
Would be great to get an actual e-mail adress that works instead of the one offered below.

Long time but good product.
Finaly after 3 month - I got, what I ordered. It's long time.
But the products are good. I like the product for my hands because it's good and the eye serum is also very good.

Cannot get a hold of anyone to discuss…
Update: Finally spoke with them. I’m not giving more than 3 stars because it still has taken months to have a proper conversation. Hopefully their customer service improves and I hope the product is actually worth all of the effort....
I missed a call from them...they gave me an ext to call, left a message, and still haven't heard back. I have been so clear in numerous calls and emails about what I need, so it would have been nice had they just answered my questions on my voicemail but I guess that is asking too much.
Cannot get a hold of anyone to discuss my $1000 product.....it’s been weeks. I feel like this is a scam. I would not recommend this company.

Had a few issues with product and manager. But Stephanie from customer services really helped and rectified the situation. I am so grateful for all her help she was awesome and a great asset to the company hence my 4 stars!!!

I ordered product on June 6
I ordered product on June 6, 2017. It was to be shipped within 2 days. A week later I contacted customer service and spoke with Chelsie. She said the sample was out and she would replace it with another sample and ship it right away. Waited another week, nothing received. Called again spoke with Chelsie, sample product issue again. I told her just send what I ordered and skip the sample. June 27th still nothing received. Called and she sent me the FedX tracking #. FedX had received the information and created the label but had not received the package. Contacted Chelsie and she said she would check on it and call me right back. Two days later no call back and no one at the phone # or customer service answers the phone. Guess I am just out $181.99 dollars. I wonder if this review will make it on this site. As of June 29. I called Customer Service and Chelsie answered, she had sent an e mail where she was having my order overnighted by FedX and apologized for all the mix up on my order and offered to send me extra product because of all the inconvenience. I checked on the new tracking number and the package has been received and is on its way. So I have given them 4 stars. If my next order goes smoothly I will give them 5 stars as I love the products I have used. Chelsie sounds like she is very busy and trying to do the best she can. Chelsie, thanks for restoring my confidence in ordering from Gratiae, Premier .
