GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service Avis 

Haven’t turned up twice. Recieved an email that they’d had to cancel and had rearranged for the end of the month. I then recieved another email saying they would need to cancel the next appointment too. I called to complain and was told they came out twice and couldn’t mow the grass due to a broken up shed and debris. The garden is completely empty and has never had any shed or debris. They had also already left a voicemail saying they couldn’t attend due to their van being off the road. Strange experience, very unprofessional

Since the Kendal branch stopped being a franchise communication has become almost non existent. Still waiting to have a treatment rescheduled weeks later and no one has been in touch. By the time the "Summer Ready" treatment is carried out the season will have come and gone at this rate. I'm noticing a lot of weeds and not sure what I'm paying for any more, especially as the price has increased significantly since I first subscribed. I will be cancelling my Direct Debit in the very near future unless this is promptly resolved. The previous operators were much more communicative but I struggle to get a reply to an email now.

Treatment on the day I was advised..First class lads no problems..Thank you now after a little drop of rain.my grass is turning Green again due to the treatment.

I Started using Green thumb last year to see if it would compare to me spending quite a lot of money on lawn products. In comparison I think Green Thumb is a cheaper option and also saves me the work. We have regular visits and Chris who carries out the treatments sticks to the same arrival time every which is very helpful.

The Guildford branch was very good BEFORE the takeover. Now GreenThumb is terrible and I cannot recommend their services.
It appears as if all garden treatment personnel who knew their stuff have left and only people who have low work ethics are left.
I am forever receiving requests for them to wash may windows, clean my patio etc. when they cannot do what I am paying them for and actually look after my lawn.
Three of my neighbours have also left them because of their incompetence.

Advance e.mail notification of day of treatment with a chance to change if not suitable. Robbie our operative who we have got to know over years always rings the doorbell to let us know he has arrived, ask if there are any problems he can help with and fully explains how the treatment he is using today works. When completed he always lets us know, gives recommendations if required and completes correspondening paperwork for us to read over and consider our options. First class service from Robbie which is much appreciated.

Very polite and knowledgeable staff who treat my property with respect. My lawn, even in the current weather, only looks as good as it does due to the treatments provided by Green Thumb. Thoroughly recommended!

Robbie from GreenThumb has been taking great care of our lawn for the last 2 years. It has reached the stage where it’s like a bowling green! So pleased from where it started as a mud bath to now.
