The operative Jordan Egan (Cheltenham and Abergavenny) worked with me re arrival time. He arrived as arranged and having made contact carried out the treatments competently and carefully. He concluded with advice and information. He was cheerful and encouraging throughout.

Rude, agressivw driver in greenthumb van,nearly ran someone over in a carpark, swore at them and drove off, also park all over pavement so disabled and pushchairs cant get passed

Cancelled my direct debit in may and still waiting on a refund for 2 treatments, ring up to be waiting over 30 mins for someone to answer. I’m 92yrs old and I don’t need this stress. I wouldn’t recommend green thumb to anyone since been taken over.

I have used Green Thumb for many years and they have always been very professional and helpful.
It was suggested that I have treatment on my lawns for Chafer grubs, which required watering after the treatment was applied….well… hose pipe ban was in force and I was very dubious about having it.James from the Peterborough depot reassured me that the treatment wouldn’t burn my lawn and suggested I watered the lawn as best as possible with watering cans…which I have done.
He was understanding and extremely professional and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Matt Walton arrived on time, very polite, smart & explained what he was doing with the lawns & why.

He also explained the benefit of additional Oasis treatment but declined offer…

Excellent and professional advice from Tom regarding the condition of my lawn after incorrect treatment and the lack of rain.
Tom has suggested restorative treatment to commence in the autumn. I have complete confidence in his opinion.

Steve, who's based in Aldershot and covers the Walton-on-Thames area, has been treating our lawn and does a genuinely great job every visit. He always takes the time to explain exactly what treatment the grass needs and why, and offers sensible recommendations rather than just turning up and leaving. He's approachable, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. It's reassuring having someone who treats the lawn like it's his own garden. Steve is a real asset to GreenThumb and a big reason we'll keep using them.

The ladywho does the work is always pleasant and heloful and the lawn does look better ( dry hot weather permitting ) myvwife recently spoke to customer care and they were helpful and resolved our problem thank you.

Absolutely terrible! One treatment only given this year with no explanation as to why they missed the mid April - Mid May deadline & then also missed their revised mid May -mid June!!
They sent a manager out finally in Mid July after I complained, but he arrived the day of the hose pipe ban & told us we would have to water in the treatment by using watering cans!!!
Now fighting to get 8 months worth of payment back & have been told that I will have to wait 6 weeks!
I emailed their Operations Director( the most senior person in the UK, whose name I am not allowed to put on this review)but so far no response. Obviously they don’t value past or present customers!
The manner in which customers are let down & then treated when we dare to complain is appalling.
Avoid this company at all costs. Lots of comments on Facebook about how bad they are since the Swedish take over.
In my opinion the Guildford branch is awful.
