Our experience with this company has been awful. They’ve added unexpected charges that were never mentioned and every attempt to get clarification has been a nightmare. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, the customer service is dismissive and unhelpful.

It’s frustrating to deal with a company that shows such little transparency or respect for its customers. Definitely would not recommend Grenke Leasing save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

I have been dealing with Grenke for the company I work for, since the past three years. Unfortunately it has not been a good experience. It is extremely difficult to get an email response and support when required. I have called on many occasions also, and have had no one get back to me.
We have been charged for service and maintenance on many occasions when it was initially included in our contract.

We’ve had nothing but problems since signing our contract. They’ve started charging us for additional fees that were never mentioned in the original agreement, and when we try to get in touch to resolve the issue, they never answer phone calls or respond properly. The customer service is unhelpful and unprofessional it feels impossible to get a straight answer from anyone.

Would not recommend Grenke Leasing to any business. Make sure to read every small detail of your contract because they will add hidden costs later on. Very poor communication and zero accountability.

Grenke Manchester branch are a joy to partner with. We have worked closely with them now for over a decade. Paul, Dawn, Donna and Andy G know their stuff and make our job a lot easier. A wealth of knowledge and advice, very friendly and good people.
