I've been working with Janet, Vicky, Joe & Dave Pritchard (Grenke Leasing Birmingham branch) since 2014. In my opinion, they strike the right balance between ensuring the interest of the customer is met while managing to supporting the reseller with what they need to keep their customer happy & informed. Back end systems are efficient, your data accessible when you and your customer need it, I can't fault their business model.

I had a great experience with this company . The process was simple and seamless. This was down to the support and expertise of the adviser Andy Gosling, I had many questions and called numerous times to clarify points and he dealt with all my queries and was knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Very overpriced, be very careful to read any contract with them properly before signing and do not believe a word the salesman tells you. We are now stuck in a deal with equipment not fit for purpose and paying far more than we thought we were going to, virtually fraudsters.

Similarly to other comments, we have had a very poor experience. We became involved with Grenke via a 3rd party. Despite having confirmation from the 3rd that they have cancelled our contract in January of this year, Grenke refuses to accept this and/or provide us with a refund for the monies they have taken from our account. Still, we must pay for the photocopier to be collected at our own expense, which has sat here unused for five months. Therefore, if you are signing with a third party and this company appears, I would suggest avoiding potential issues later.

Due to a third party company, I was left with a remaining 5yrs contract for lease of equipment. Grenke has been very helpful with the situation, "One connectivity" left me in. They have provided me with a very generous settlement to assist with my situation.

Excellent customer service with prompt and professional assistance

2024 Signed a misleading agreement - they paid £6K to previous lease holder -- added £6K additional for new lease then I had to pay £15K settlement fee last month. Asked for reconsideration but nothing, Teach me to watch more closely what I sign but consider Grenke as having very low business ethic!
