GRIDSERVE Electric Highway Avis 

I’m new to EV charging, but have used Gridserve a few times already. Whilst I’d rather not pay Motorway Services Pricing, sometimes you don’t have a choice. I like their fast charging and use the app so I can keep an eye on the charge whilst using the facilities.
Always seem to be in fully working order, so all good from my side… I will continue to use Gridserve moving forward without hesitation…

I used the app to start a charge but it did not work so I used a debit card instead. When checking my bank balance later they had still taken a £30 pre-auth and would not refund it to me! It is still there on my bank transactions 30 days later.

It wss very easy to set up and charge my car

Great company for charging, so easy and always straight forward. Pull up plug in swipe your debit/credit card and off you go. Always fast,no apps to get in and extremely simple. Only negative we need more in East Anglia, great work Gridserve 👍

Tried 3chargers to no evail help line useless ie try another charger !!!!! ?????

Used this for the first time today via the free telephone number. A really helpful, and patient man named Ronald helped me connect my contactless payment via my phone. He knew exactly where I was, what I was doing and gave instructions clearly and easy for me to understand, Im not very good with tech. Really impressed, got me on my way and felt confident Id been fully helped without wasting time. Thank you Ron!

3 out of 6 fast chargers were out of order. Delayed my journey significantly as there was high demand.

I live in Germany but as an english citizen travel regularly back to the UK in my electric car. Unfortunately I have to use the Tesla Loading Stations as they are the only company in the Uk that allow me to use their App which by the way is useable in all european countries. What a pity that I cannot download the Gridserve App as it is not available in the german Apple App Store 😟😟😟

I normally have issues starting a charge at this location. The app then spins trying to connect and I can’t reset it to try again until it times out after a few minutes.
This is especially annoying when I have been prompted for many months to set up auto charge. Each time it says there’s an issue and try again later.
Issues like this that continue week after week for months with no action from Gridserve make for an extremely frustrating experience.

The GRIDSERVE chademo charge point at MichaelWood services was in just the right place for us to enable us to complete the day trip with no further stops - the only snag was not being able to monitor progress from within the coffee lounge due to lack of WiFi connectivity. Keep the chademo points alive please.

Easy, slick and quick. Had the app already downloaded - so no problem. Best possible experience - simply ‘tap & go’. with your credit card.

The price was expensive , what can you do to reduce the price or regular promo.

Good fast reliable chargers, easy to use.
I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the extortionate 92p per kwh you are charging.
I wish the Government would step in and force rip off merchants like you to lower your prices. If Tesla can charge a fair price so can you.

I got stranded in the middle of the night and the car wouldn’t charge Eshan Was absolutely brilliant with me so kind and considerate. I’m really grateful to have dealt with him. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

92p/hwh seems excessive. No issues charging. Good amenities and really confusing road layout which led us and several other cars to enter via the ⛔ to get into the car park, as we couldn't find the way in.

Ive always used gridserve and had no issues but upon changing my car, the old car was charged by someone else using my card details. Gridserve sorted this promptly and they refunded me and changes were made to stop it happening again. Danielle was very helpful.

A fast efficient charge. Everything worked well and was easy to use and understand.
