App said 11kw charger but only charged at 3kw, plugged into slower charger because of having a meal at Mollies Diner so didn’t want to have to going out and unplug my car and move it in the middle of my meal if I was plugged into a fast charger. At 3kw I might as well have not bothered, also 59p per kWh for a 3kw charger, you are having a laugh.

Three other cars charging and only getting 3kw on chademo get a much faster speed at my local tescos tried plugging into 7kw slow charger only getting 1kw well this trial of two years isnt going very well in my opinion is the worst speed ive ever had in 8 years of ev charging plus ive just signed up as a member ill be cancelling asap

What a great place to wait whilst charging. Lovely staff at the Costa Coffee who let me know about the building and what it offers. I must say having driven past or charged but not ventured inside one of these Electric Firecourts in the past, I will be on the lookout for them as I travel around the country. Excellent concept 🤩

Issue free, great charging experience.

Charging was fine, quick and efficient. Unfortunately someone had swapped some of the instructions over so I was using the wrong plug. Inconvenient and stupid on their behalf, not your fault.

Easy to use app and great rate, much better than just swipe card. Glad to see many more chargers available

Topped up my car on way home from Scotland. Stayed long enough to get a drink then continued on my way. Chargers were busy but I have never yet had to queue.

One of the most expensive charging networks. They have a billboard on the M6 northbound before Sandbach services stating "go further".... should say "go less" with those extortionate prices. Taking advantage of EV drivers.

Gridserve is a reliable EV charging network. However, they're ridiculously expensive at +241% in comparison to the current domestic average price cap in July 2026. Price cal 26.11p/kwh Gridserve 89p/kwh.

Therefore, they are only good for an emergency top up. When you have a dilemma of calling a recovery further down the road vs charging at Gridserve.

Charged at Roadchef Rownhams M27 Northbound, but their pricing seems to be pretty consistent everywhere.

On sunday 5th july Tracy was absolutely brilliant! I was feeling stressed as my car wouldn't charge at the motorway services on m25, Clacket Lane. She was super calm, super empathetic and very helpful, with great knowledge to get it working. THANK YOU, my only regret is that I didnt call sooner.

Supposedly high speed chargers only charging at 22kw/h. Paying top dollar for high speed charging on a motorway but getting bang average speed

Had issues with a receipt and Tracy was very helpful and got it resolved. This was a Sunday morning too!

First time ever to use a fast charger and found it quite easy using my app, didn’t realise the amount of power going in varied so much, got there in the end

I would like to recognise Roland from the your Customer Service team for the outstanding level of service and support he provided while helping me obtain historical receipts.
Not only did Roland explain exactly what I needed to do, but he also patiently guided me through the online process of retrieving my receipts using my company card. He even helped me set up future receipt notifications, so I'll automatically receive them every time I use my company card.
He made the entire experience smooth, straightforward, and completely stress-free. Roland went above and beyond, and his professionalism, patience, and willingness to help were greatly appreciated.

Easy to find and operate. Unfortunately the first charger had an error when trying to connect/prepare the charge but the message on the app and on the charger itself said to try again. So we’ve wasted some time doing this 3 times. I then chose to go to another charger and it worked straightaway and was very quick and easy via the app.
