I love these shoes!
I already had an idea that walking barefoot helps the body with natural movement of the feet and legs. I have an autoimmune disease that causes inflammation and this effects my joints. I ordered a pair of the grounded footwear and I LOVE THEM. As most places require shoes and also there are things on the ground that can injure, these are like walking barefoot. I think they are worth trying if you experience problems with your feet and legs!!

Shoes not what I expected/POOR return process.
Shoes not what I expected, no support, my bad for not researching more thoroughly. Return process is a joke, this should be more revealed when you order them. One rep tells you to do one way, another states a different process, no continuity.

What a pleasant wearing experience!
I initially bought these shoes because I had some neuropathy in my feet from my chemotherapy treatments last year.
I have found the shoes so comfortable, I wear them everywhere, even for my daily workout.
After wearing my grounded footwear shoes, my assortment of other nice shoes seem tight and heavy! They actually did help my neuropathy.

Troublesome feet
I have neuropathy and have trouble finding shoes that are comfortable, additionally when I got these I was recovering from a bad blister and slippers were the only thing I could tolerate. This footwear is so comfortable and causes no problems I've already ordered more.

I had a wonderful experience because of Anderson. He answered all my questions in a very kind and professional manner. He made it easy for me to replace the black and white shoes I bought about a year ago. Anyone that is thinking about these shoes especially if you have neuropathy they are the best. I am 95 years old and they help stabilize my walking. I will not wear any other shoes but grounded footwear

I thank Grounded footwear every time I get up in the Morning.
There are millions of us out there who have had the misfortune to get Neuropathy, whether it be by surgery, Low Iron, Chemo, Spine problems, Covid, and 97 more reasons. We also seem to have 1M AI cartoon characters telling us how they can cure us, not to mention the 1M questionably famous Doctors trying to sell us on pills of all colors of the rainbow to cure our pain. I have personally spent $20k on therapy since November, no insurance, thank you Medicare, take the "care" part away, please. We trust no one, right? Wrong, I can only tell you, with all the creams and miracle bedsheets, tens machines, and supplements.
The ONLY item I have purchased, and Love, are my Grounded shoes. I run home and grab them if I don't have them on. I don't know why they work for me, but they do. I am in my 3rd year of extremely painful feet and moving into my legs, and they are absolutely the only item I can say I will buy whenever they wear out. I am on my 2nd pair. I wear them out a lot to the store, and wherever I go, it surprises me, but strangers come up to me and say, I love your shoes, what are they? I think they are really "cute"?
I thank this Company every day, because I think it is the only good and legitimate item that I have paid for, and have absolutely no regrets.
I love it when I don't feel I have been scammed, as we have all had that done to us with our horrible pain! I do not take the horrible medicines and stay on my feet every single minute I keep moving, moving, moving because that is what keeps you moving longer. Thank you, Grounded footwear. Wonderful shoes! I was tripping a lot in regular shoes, my doctor recommended trying your shoes. What a diffference, it makes me walk heel to toe instead of toe to heel!

Just reading about their shoes it sounds like a scam. If the shoes are like being barefoot, how do they help with Plantar Fasciitis and Overpronation? I wear Brooks for stability with Superfeet insoles, they work for me and I work at a hospital.

No arches and neuropathy
I have relatively no arches and have neuropathy in both feet. These shoes are so comfortable that I can wear them all day and my feet still feel great in the evening. I am impressed by the quality of the shoes. Even better their customer support is exceptional with quick response and willingness to resolve an issue.

These are the only shoes that don't make my feet cramp at night - including the boots! My orders have come quickly and correctly.
My only suggestion is that if you want to wear socks, go up a size or two (especially the boots)

Shoes didn't fit right
Shoes didn't fit right. A couple of my toes on the right foot rubbed against the shoe. Never had a problem like that before with other shoes. Trying to send them back and they seem to go out of their way to make it difficult for me. They offered me a 50% discount to keep them but won't pay for shipping to send them back. Won't buy anything from them again.

Had a really great experience with customer support.
I had to make an exchange over a shoe size issue. The customer reps from Grounded kept me informed the whole time. They were super courteous, patient, and very helpful. There were two small mix ups (one on my part and one on theirs), but they went above and beyond. They truly did what was "the right thing to do" in that moment. It's an experience I won't forget. Long story short, they refunded me the return shipping fee on their end, acknowledging their own boo boo, lol. A boo boo which was minor, btw. I truly appreciate that. And from integrity alone, I will recommend this company to anyone who will listen. Give them a try today. 😊

Best shoes I’ve had in a long while
I have trouble finding shoes that fit. Grounded shoes do. Of course, it took me a a little time to figure them out.
When I received my shoes flat and in a bag, I thought ordering them was a big mistake. Then I put them on and my feet went wild. They were so comfortable I didn’t want to take them off. A few weeks later my left heel began sliding out of the shoe and I had trouble keeping it on. Well, gee! I tightened the elastic draw strings and the problem was solved. There is a video to show you how to eliminate the excess strings so they are not flopping all over your feet. Bottom line: these shoes are great. They have become my goto shoes. I wear them for hours while doing yard work, I wear them to the store and doctor appointments, everywhere! I do wish the price was lower, I’d like to order more and also would like it if they came in more neutral colors like beige or navy. Multi colors just aren’t my thing.

exchanges are not easy
The website says the shoes can be returned, technically this is true. First they try to talk you into keeping the shoes if they give you a 30% refund. Why would I keep shoes that don't fit? I just wanted to exchange a size. 'well we will send you the next size with a 30% discount, gift the other shoes to someone else'. Oh and if you really want to return them you cover the shipping. On the other hand if you do like there shoes and they fit you, call and ask for a return so you can pocket a 30% discount. What a business.
