Disappointing Return Policy
Love original Grounded, order several. Sneakers NOT,hard mareial,small sizes UNCOMFORTABLE. Was sold sneakers. Not right to have to loose money on a return. Won't purchase ANYTHING from here again. DISSATISFIED DISAPPOINTED

The Freedom Style is Best

If they don't fit, they won't refund you. Mine were way too tight, and I inquired about refund. All they offered was 15% refund and no shipping. WHAT A RIP-OFF!!

Great Customer Service! Happy Holidays to All
I ordered the winter shoes basing my size on their size chart after measuring my feet. Sadly though I loved the shoes, they were two tight. I emailed the company asking about returning the shoes for the next larger size if they were still available. Over the course of the email conversations I worked with both Brian and Riley in Grounded's customer service department. They were both great and resolved a rather convoluted problem I had regarding my payment method. They were very professional and patient with me and answered all my questions and through several emails were able to resolve my problems and get refunds processed and a new larger size pair of shoes sent to me. I complement Grounded for having a superior customer service department with knowledgeable, kind, and helpful employees! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all.

I now have four pairs of these shoes, and they are great!!
I feel off balance sometimes, and these keep me feeling grounded.
They fit perfectly. I wear 71/2,but an 8 fits well.
I wish they would make more shoes in dressy styles

Great customer service
I ordered two pairs of shoes and received identical pairs. I contacted them as to quality and duplication. I spoke to Damian who did his best on behalf of the company. I did end up returning the shoes and receiving the refund almost immediately. The customer service was amazing and due to that in itself, I may give the product another try with a different item.

I have went barefoot all my life and as soon as I put these footwear on my feet I had to imeteally buy another pair, they fit like a glove and are like not wearing anything. I absolutely love them. If you have been trying to decide if you should order them, I would recommend trying them out.

I tried the white ones on a whim
I tried the white ones on a whim, hoping but doubting they would be different. Well to my surprise they were the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I have two bunions, athritic toes etc. I loved them so much I immediately got the only other color, black, that they had at the time. They now have a tan and my husband got them for me for Xmas. Add more colors and I will buy them!!

Happiness in (almost) barefoot!
I ordered a pair a few months ago and absolutely LOVE them. I enjoy going barefoot, but you just can't do that everywhere and in 50* weather! Then I saw the ad for the winter shoes, so I had to have them! They arrived promptly and in perfect condition and I put them on immediately, as I had done the first pair. So happy with them. . . . .

I love these shoe because I have nerve pain in my feet from back surgery I can t have any shoe on my feet without pain. These are the best I have found to be bare foot and I refuse to ware flip flops

Love your shoes! Great service!
I’m disappointed with the compression socks. I’ve worn compression socks for 5 years and have sampled several brands. There’s not enough “give” in yours and I was unable to wrestle them over my toes and ankles.

The most comfortable shoe ever
The most comfortable shoe ever. I wear them everyday for all occasions. Lightness of the shoe, snug but spacious toe bed, just feel in the ground. I have both runner and winter show. Winter pair makes the winter warm and comfortable.

My feet felt much better
My feet felt much better. I have really bad neuropathy and couldn't wear gym shoes. I saw these advertised and it said I could purchase through Amazon. Nothing against Amazon, I just prefer to buy direct to consumer. I absolutely loved them, but just recently, it felt like I was walking on marbles. I contacted customer service and received a response immediately. I'm testing out the magnetic inserts.
regardless, I think these shoes are great and highly recommend them.

Really like the sneakers, and LOVE the EVOLVE syle
I really liked the black sneakers I got And I REALLY LOVED the Brown Grounded EVOLV slip on I got next. I have some neuropathy in my feet and the Evolves have more side support and more of cushion feel in the foot bed and heel.
