Grundig washing machine (7700) now being replaced after 5 years. Bearings gone, motor probably also gone. Engineer said there was a lot wrong with it for a 5 year old machine.

Unreliable fridge freezer.

50 minute hold on the phone to be told that my fridge freezer has no warranty [or guarantee] as it is a replacement for one that also broke down terminally. On my experience, DONT BUY GRUNDIG. The last one to break resulted in my having multiple phone calls, evasions and the like until Currys customer care team eventually resolved it.

Don't bother registering for a warantee, basically it covers nothing. Don't call customer service, very rude staff. Maybe just don't buy any of their appliances.

Grundig washing machine gr7700 .Now 2 years old .This is an amazing machine ,thought when we bought it ,we thought it would last a year ,its been surprisingly ten times better than the last 2 samsungs we have had .Highly recommended

Grinding GR5500 HEAT PUMP TUMBLE…

Grinding GR5500 HEAT PUMP TUMBLE DRYER....what's a load of C**P... Two months out of the warranty and the screen packs up...starts and stops randomly and takes nearly 8-Hrs to dry a single load..phoned Curry's and the Grundig helpline number on the front of the machine...and HOW RUDE were they? Absolutely flabbergasted...and absolutely no help or even the offer to discount a new purchase...WILL NEVER EVER buy Grundig or BEKO ...for as long as I live...what a shoddy company to deal with and the tumble dryer was an absolute fortune to purchase in the first place ..they are more than happy to take your money but when the chips are down your on your own ..utter disgrace...

If I could give a ZERO rating I would have done..

Be warned people....BE WARNED ..SPEND YOUR GARD EARNED MONEY WITH ANOTHER MANUFACTURER!!!!

The service provide is same as their product shit

Hi have been having issues with ur tumble dryer this is the 3rd time it's broken down in the last 1 year
I had an engineer come on Monday to look at the issue he sd it was the panel and they will have to order a new one after 2 days another engineer comes and changed the board when initially that was not the issue he then tell me he will order the panel and come back today. But no one had come i have a 70 year old person in my house and a 3 month old baby and I cannot use the tumble dryer what the he'll is wrong with u guys

I was passed around from pillar to post to try and order a spare part for my Grundig Frig only to find that once the Fridge was out of warranty they do not sell spars , you have order a new one. They have some hope of that .Totally crap company. I will avoid any of the group. Bosch here I come

The worst company to deal with for service after sales

I am extremely disappointed with the company. My tumble dryer (model GT541023CW) has experienced the same touchscreen issue three times. The first time, within 30 days, they replaced it with a completely different unit. The second time, they changed the circuit board, and now the issue has occurred again for the third time.

It has been 6 days with no update, and I’ve had to call every other day to check if anyone will come to inspect the machine. The worst part is the call center staff. I’ve never had such a poor experience. They were rude and treated me as if I were just another problem to deal with. When I mentioned that I have an elderly person in the house who needs care, they completely ignored it and didn’t show any understanding.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I will make sure to share my experience across all of my social media platforms so others can see how this company treats its customers after the sale.

My GW75843TW packed up less than 2…

My GW75843TW packed up less than 2 months out of the two year warranty.
This made no difference to Beko who are behind the Grundig name. It was just my misfortune. They were not even prepared to offer a discount on the cost of their “in-house” repairs service as a gesture of goodwill.
That’s it as far as I’m concerned. No more Beko purchases. My saying that made no difference either!

Grundig 10kg Fibre…

Just purchased a Grundig 10kg Fibre Catcher Washer GW781041FW, delivered today and missing 'Cover B & Cap'.
Spoken to Currys who passed me on to Grundig / Beko customer service.
Only thing they can do is replace the whole washing machine.

Really?
These parts should have been in the washer like Cover A but wasn't.
To actually send a team out to replace the washer for the 2 parts you have to attach yourself seems daft.

It means the replacement will now add days on to us having a washer. I will then have to have the delivery drivers wait until I unpack the washer to make sure all parts are there before they can leave. This I can imagine is not cost effective for you and would be easier to send the parts to me so I can put them on would be easier.

Is replacing the washing machine the only option?

What does Cover B and Cap do?
Can the washer be run without them?

Delivery guys ultra efficient

Although not much choice in type of freezer I was looking for as it is not on trend, I did find one :) and then both the purchase and delivery went extremely smoothly, the delivery guys were ultra efficient 😀

Disappointed customer

The tumble drier broke down after 2 years of using it.
I didn't register it for guarantee within 6 months of purchase(my fault), but 2 years of working for an appliance with such a good reviews is super disappointing.
When I bought the drier it wasn't made clear, if it had been even available, that it could be registered online. I called the number given and I was being forced to sign for a paid
insurance.

The washing machine I purchased was missing part B and a cap that is supposed to go under the machine to reduce noise. Any chance these parts could be sent to me??
