After reporting a noise problem with our new washing m/c, 2 Engineers arrived promptly to investigate. Within minutes they had identified the problem- a reversed filter in the filling hose, so nothing to do with the machine itself. They then ran it to confirm the noise had gone - very thorough. We then discussed it's "green" credentials. Before leaving they offered to reposition the machines I had moved to give them space to work. Examplary!

The fridge does everything we want it to, and was reasonably priced.
Customer service was very quick to respond to my query, and actually answered the question, rather than saying 'we'll get back to you in x hours'.
The problem I had was finding the serial number so that I could register for the extended warranty: the information in the manual was useless, the web site was wrong, and that's why I had to ask someone

Extremely happy with my new integrated fridge freezer bought from Curry's. After doing lots of research I selected Grundig as it offered all the features I was looking for at a good price in my budget. The appliance is quiet and there is plenty of space inside. I especially love the wine rack for storing bottles and the salad and dairy drawers which are really big and slide in and out very easily making them easily to remove and keep clean. The top freezer drawer has a convenient tray that allows you to get ice cube trays in to freeze really easily without spilling anything. The tray can easily be removed if it is not needed. I am really pleased with this purchase so far and the lengthy guarantee gives added peace of mind. Would definitely recommend, excellent value for money.

Loved the whole process of buying our washing machine. From perusing Curry's to delivery and installation it was all straight forward. The w/machine works well and we are very pleased with our purchase.

Have 10 year warranty plan, suppliers came out and fixed issues last year no problem. Today I rang as there yet another mechanical fault which is under guarantee. Spoke to customer service manager who was arguing with myself, when I requested to speak to a manager he hung up, very disappointed with the service.

Stranded with a faulty Grundig washing machine. I have been on the phone 45 mins of which 35m were on hold. I already called last night by the time you go through their process you feel like an engineer yourself. The machine is just under a year old, they said they don't have any available engineers in the next week or so they will call when something becomes avail. They also use interrogation tactics and basically are trying to blame me for what is wrong with the machine I have been married 43 years and had 4 machines in that time, never before have I had to have repairs on such a new machine, the same fault appeared a day after it was installed and they had to give me a new machine at that point I should have chosen another.Shannon needs retrained in customer service.Plus she wouldn't let me speak with a manager.

Brand new fridge freezer arrived with freezer defective so not working and scuff marks on unit

Very disappointing product. Got to repair 4 times. But still not working properly. I will never buy this brand again

We had a fault on the first fridge-freezer that was delivered. When I contacted the company they were really helpful and agreed a replacement without hesitation.

Just hope I don't have a problem with the new appliance, because I seriously think the helpline will not be helpful.

Oven cooked good. I like the pizza function. Still a short time after buying, therefore, need time to get a good review.

The dishwasher has 5 years warranty and the machine was fine for 4 years.
Unfortunately the customer service department is terrible. They seem unable to find any information about the warranty and don’t recognise the reference number. They can tell me I had a repair under the 5 year warranty a month ago. But can’t find the registration. 5 year warranty required as machine seems to self destruct in the 4th year.

I always do research on products before buying them, and what’s important with a dishwasher is the internal design of the dishwasher. The cutlery box can slide up and down the grid system. And the upper prongs can be clipped or laid flat to accommodate larger items such as pans. Just a well thought out design.

Really happy with freezer.Easy to set up and register guarantee.
